I was hesitant to hire the company because they are brand new. no review on yelp or Google. I requested so many quotes and mike was the one who gave me the reasonable quote after getting the measurements and his quote was only $70 more after an on site visit and he actually gave me the reasons to tell me why the actual quote was higher than the estimated quote. I had a couple of companies that gave me a lower quote before on site and then gave me the almost double quote after an on site visit or measure the window at the lowest quote and told me that they cannot do it. it took me more than 4 weeks to find mike. the company does request a deposit once the order was placed and I was worried that they took money and not to come back to install the glass. Ruth was sweet and helpful. so they suggested to use the credit card for the transaction. they installed the glass sooner than what they promised. after the installment on Friday, they called me and let me know the job is done and requested the rest of payment but I was in the middle of moving and did not pay them right away. They were patient to wait for me to call back on Monday to take payment. the entire experience of doing business with them was pleasant. I got quotes from more than 10 companies and this company is the only company that sticks with the original quote closely! read more
