I had a very unique facial with Paow and she took the time to discuss what we were going to do for the facial, any concerns I had, and then she went to work. It was 2 hours of pure bliss. A friend recommended this to me so I'm here to try it out. No one was at the front counter as I entered besides a customer in the waiting area because everything is by appointment. The place has an upscale and elegant look to it. The scent and music are nice and calm. Dani took care of me and let me say, she said the best compliment she can ever get is if I KOed and that's what I did (off and on). I was a little embarrassed, but it was a long day and she said I deserved a good nap. LOL! There were so many relaxing facial steps ranging from steamy heat to icy cold. This was easily the BEST facial I've ever had and I've been getting facials, microderms, microneedling, light therapy, and chemical peels for the last 15 years! I was in Fresno for 10 days as a stop along the way from San Francisco to Las Vegas and started breaking out due to the dry winter air. I frantically Googled facialists in the area and finally settled on a Hydrafacial from Polish & Peels because of the $169 promo on their website. I texted for availability within the week and was given 2 date/time options. Booking was incredibly easy and I received several text reminders leading up to my appointment! Once I got there, I was greeted immediately and shown to my treatment room. The bed was so comfy and warm, every step of the process was explained to me, and the facial itself was so relaxing I fell asleep, which I have never done during a facial or massage. Excellent value and caring and professional service, the facial was 1 1/2 hours long and I got to see all the blackheads and dead skin that were suctioned out of my face with the Hydrafacial machine. It's also surprisingly rare to find a spa that relies on its merits alone and does not upsell you products you don't need or heavily pressure you to tip. Best facials in town! I have been going to see Paow (owner of Polish and Peels) the year she opened which was 4 years ago. My skin was in an absolute rut. From the first consultation to now, Paow has always made me feel welcomed, beautiful, and fabulous. My skin is practically clear and glowy now since the first time I went to Polish and Peels. She is the sweetest lady ever. I have gotten my brother and boyfriend to see her and they LOVE having their facials done by her. She is amazing at what she does. I can not give her enough praise.
