Sarah (whose backside is pictures here, is doing her job, herding people for photos at the wedding!! Notice her gracious bossiness!

I am a wedding officiant in Marin County, and I just had the great pleasure of officiating a lovely wedding at the Meadow Club which Sarah of A Touch of Grace, planned and managed. And she and her team did a masterful job! Sarah listened and responded to me about my needs so I was calm and present for the bride and groom. I watched her gracious handling of moving family members about for photographs and before and after the ceremony. She was especially sensitive to the needs of the "older" guests - and this officiant too! I know the bride and groom are thrilled. I definitely recommend Sarah and A Touch of Grace - you'll be glad you did! Rev. Elizabeth River, wedding officiant and storyteller.

Cinthy helped so much with our wedding and went above and beyond for our wedding. She offered to bring us lunch around noon, made time lines that incorporated makeup, photos, limo, etc... and reminded me of things I would have never thought of such as asking our venue for more tables to allow people to be more comfortable. Cinthy helped us stay on track. Cinthy also helped decorate our ceremony site (which was a lot of work and included florals, flower petals, and table set ups) and it came out beautiful. Cinthy also brought all of our stuff back (which was a lot) and allowed us to go home not having to think about how to get stuff home. Only reason for 4 stars is because there was a hiccup with ceremony timing as I wanted to walk out at a specific time of a song; however I know we are human and the amount of help she was outweighs any tiny hiccups throughout the day.

I'm an event manager at Juniper Hotel Cupertino and recently partnered with Cinthy with one of my weddings. Cinthy is super easy to talk to, understands clients' needs, highly organized, funny, very responsive, intellectual and a team player! Everything was seamless from contracting, to planning/detailing. I'd love to partner with Cinthy again and I will recommend her to all of my brides. Cinthy, thank you for everything and I look forward working with you again in the future! Please stop by whenever you are in the area! -Kris from Juniper Hotel Cupertino

Jessica & LaShawna are freaking stars! The planning process was seamless. I was so impressed with the attention to detail at the wedding venue walkthrough. We walked the entire venue, bounced ideas off each other for placement of every single item, and built a schematic. They even measured the venue to know exact placement of tables, chairs, etc. Planning the wedding was so easy/smooth thanks to the planning tools and check ins. Our rehearsal was straight to the point and very easy. We didn't need the full two hours allotted by our venue because they were on top of everything! Then came the wedding day. Our bridal salon overlooked the venue, so we were able to see the progress throughout the day. THEY WORK HARD!! and I mean, they pay attention to every single little detail to make sure the place looks beautiful and perfect. It was so impressive, we all couldn't stop talking about it. The wedding day went seamless, on time, and without a single issue. Jessica and LaShawna were there every step of the way, speaking to each other through their own personal headpieces. If anything came up or if I had any questions, they were there and ready to help where needed. My wedding wouldn't have gone as well as it did without them, I promise. I feel so grateful to have had the best team out there!! We also decided to hire the CLE House cleanup crew which was fantastic as well! Janet did a great job and cleaning/tidying up fast and making sure we got back all of our stuff. Thank you so much for being the reason why my wedding day went so perfectly CLE House!!!

We initially spoke with several other planners, but after our first call with Kimberly, we knew we wanted her to be the one helping us plan our event this past October in Sonoma. We insisted that Kimberly was our go-to with ASE. ASE has several levels of planning packages depending on what you are looking for. My Husband and I decided to go with the partial planning package and it was the perfect balance for us. We are from the Chicagoland area so having a planner in California where we were getting married was essential. Kimberly is also well-connected in wine country/the wedding industry and has relationships with many of the vendors who ASE has worked with over the years. This is a major perk, since she was able to point us in the direction of some of the best vendors out there! We always felt like we were in the right hands and were provided high quality recommendations by Kimberly. Throughout the past year of planning with Kimberly she was always kind and had such a positive attitude. Aside from being our wedding planner, Kimberly felt like a friend. Not only did we hear from several of our vendors how much they loved working with Kimberly and how organized she was, even several of our friends asked who she was because they noticed how on top of everything she was at the wedding. Everyone tells you how stressful wedding planning can be, especially since our entire planning process was virtual and during covid, but ours was carefree and fun! You also hear "something is going to go wrong the day of" but my husband and I can say that our day was flawless. If something did go wrong, it was nothing made known or visible to either us or any of our guests. When my Husband and I returned to our hotel room at the end of that night, Kimberly and her assistant had already returned all our signs and personal belongings to our room. They laid out my veil on the bed with our welcome sign so beautifully (see pic). Although this was a small gesture, we felt it was so thoughtful to walk back to at the end of what was already the perfect day! One final touch if you will! I have said to my husband on numerous occasions recently that I wish our wedding planning wasn't over and how I want to experience our day all over again and he agrees! Thank you, Kimberly for helping make our wedding one we'll always treasure and never forget! It was more magical than we could have ever envisioned!

My 14 month engagement turned into 26 months and I cannot imagine having gone through the challenges the pandemic and wild fires presented without Kelly. In addition to her gorgeous work, creativity, and connections in the industry, she is as genuine as can be and truly wants the best for her brides, grooms and their families. Not only does Kelly want to make your wedding planning experience as easy and fun as possible, but she also does an incredible job of getting to know you and making the wedding extremely personal. She got to know my husband and me in addition to our story and overall vision for our special day/weekend. Kelly goes above and beyond. For example, Kelly knew mine and my husband's love for Crumbl cookies and it became a shared love between all of us. She had the great idea to pick up Crumbl catering for our Rehearsal Dinner, which was also my husband's birthday, because she knew how special that would be for us. This is just the smallest example of Kelly's thoughtfulness throughout the whole process. Our wedding planning process presented extreme challenges between having to postpone a full year due to the pandemic and having to find a new venue/caterer/other vendors after our original venue burned down, but Kelly had my back every step of the way. She worked tirelessly to give us the best options while still taking our budget and preferences into consideration. The day would not have been possible without her and we are forever grateful for her dedication, her hard work, and her genuine love for what she does. Three months later, anytime we see our friends and family, they still talk about how perfect and absolutely stunning our wedding day and weekend was. I knew our day would be special but it was beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. Kelly and the ASE team went above and beyond in creating the most special, beautiful, personalized and intimate wedding for us and I will forever be grateful. I could go on for several more paragraphs, but in conclusion, if you are looking for a wedding planning team, you will be in the best hands with A Savvy Event!

She is REALLY hard working but never complains. She is organized, efficient, and has amazing taste. My bridesmaid + groomsman were all really impressed with Katie as well. It is hard to summarize how much I love Katie. Planning service: We did Katie's partial planning option. We did the primary research on our venue and vendors, but we also went with a lot of Katie's recommended vendors (which are all top notch). Katie was there to consult with us along the way, and she met with our venue point of contact. She made sure we had hire all the vendors we needed, our floor plans made sense, our rentals are correct, etc etc. When it came closer to the wedding, Katie sends us a long document to fill out. After that she took over and told us that we don't have to do any more planning, and that we should just focus on relaxing and having fun! On the day of the wedding, Katie and her team got the rental equipment and set up everything. She later revealed that there were a lot of unforeseen issues with the rental, but when we showed up to the venue, everything was perfect and we had no idea that any issues had happened earlier. Katie took care of all the complications, and didn't show an ounce of tiredness. Katie was super organized, kept everybody in line and made sure we stayed on schedule. Everything was perfect. Floral + design service: We gave Katie our style and vision and she just ran with it. A lot of our guest complimented on how stylish the wedding was, and it was 100% Katie and team. I found Melissa through my wedding venue (Solage Calistoga) and I could not be happier with MAP Events. Since my husband and I had already picked our venue, we hired Melissa to take care of all of our other details. During our initial consultation with her, we were immediately impressed with her professionalism while not coming off too "stuffy". It was clear that she had both the experience and staff to pull off our dream wedding while staying within the confines of our budget. At no point did Melissa try to work outside of our budget, and since her pricing was a flat fee, we did not have to worry that she would try to up-sell us. In addition to creating a wedding budget, Melissa also recommended various vendors and helped shape our vision by hearing all of our ideas and making them a reality. I cannot count all of the emails that went back and forth between us during our engagement, but she was so responsive to all of our concerns. She also went to several meetings with us to help us choose our florist and stake out our venue. More than anything, Melissa gave us piece of mind that everything would be taken care of during our wedding weekend. From timelines, to dealing with difficult family members, to coordinating vendors, Melissa and her staff gave us the most special wedding weekend, and we did not have to worry about a thing. Our family and bridal party all commented about how professional and nice she was. After our wedding we immediately went on our honeymoon for two weeks. Our venue contacted us to let us know that there was surplus wine left at the resort that needed to be picked up. We panicked since we would be in Hawaii for two weeks with no way to get back to Calistoga. Before I could even respond, Melissa had already arranged to pick up our extra wine and have it stored with her staff while we enjoyed our honeymoon. It was this attention to detail as well as her ability to put out fires that makes Melissa an invaluable source for brides on the big day (and even after the fact)!

I read Georgianna G's review and would like to say that over the course of the year we planned this wedding together she was not late once and promptly returned every call. Melissa went above and beyond for us. Our venue (Annadel Estate Winery) was a complicated one. It's necessary to bring in everything from outside vendors. Tables, chairs, lighting, all the kitchen equipment, tents, even restrooms had to be rented from outside vendors and their delivery and set-up coordinated by Melissa. No small job. On top of that, the owner of that winery is...slightly...erratic in terms of...well...everything. She handled everything that came up with him with grace and aplomb. On the day of, I was able to concentrate on my new husband, family and friends with no distractions. On top of that, when the expenses were starting to creep up, we figured out that furniture from cocktail hour could do double duty during the dancing and Melissa arranged to have it moved while we were having dinner. Thus saving us quite abit of money. A direct note to all future brides: sometimes you'll get fantastical ideas in your head about what you want. Melissa will do her level best to accommodate you, but will also point out potential problems. I thought it was a fabulous idea to have peacocks roaming around. She clued me into the fact that they are actually quite mean birds. I did some research and found out that, particularly in the spring mating season, they have been known to attack people who get to close. While that would have made for a memorable wedding, I stuck with the no-peacock plan. Choose Melissa. You will not be disappointed.

When they mean they will handle everything, they seriously took care of everything day of. I did not have to ask my bridesmaids to do a single thing which helped with the overall process. The staff took meticulous notes during our final walk through and planning so everything was as envisioned. Christiana was our day of coordinator and seriously, she was the most patient and kindest person I've ever met. She was smiling the entire time, truly genuine, and had the kindest heart. As an anxious Type A person, I could not imagine how my day would have gone without having such a genuine calm person by my side. We took a bunch of photos during cocktail hour per our request, there was confusion with our escort cards on our end, and my dress had to be adjusted for every photo, oops! We still managed to adapt and the entire team, including the DJ, was flexible and calm throughout which I truly appreciated. Open bar was great and bartenders were awesome! Definitely worth the top shelf liquor package. Food was good although we had small hiccup with the prime rib and there was miscommunication about the buffet. However, I am more than happy with how management and staff handled the problem. They took accountability, ownership, and offered a resolution - that in itself to me is more than I could have asked for. With weddings or any event, there are small issues or error to arise, so I'm more than pleased with how Marisa and the team went above and beyond even after the wedding. We got a lot of compliments on the venue itself. From the outside ceremony site to the indoor ballroom, every area was stunning. All my guests are primarily from the East Bay so it was a nice change in scenery yet still close to home. Overall, I'd recommend this venue!
