I can't recommend Big Timber anymore than this:…read more At 7pm last night a storm quickly blew through, it knocked over a tree in our yard that land right on top of our house. The tree put two holes in the roof that were leaking into the house. I called my insurance company and then called Big Timber (our first time needing a tree service), they were already on a job but committed to come out to to take a look at the mess. At 10pm they were here checking out the tree and the damage. Because the tree was so big and was on the second level roof a crane would be needed to keep from further damaging our house. By 9am this morning the crane and the team were here and working on the job. An hour and a half later they were finished. The tree was gone. My yard was cleaned up of every twig as if nothing happened. My roof was covered in a tarp which was fortunate because it's raining again as I type this review. There's not much more I can say, Denny and his crew did great and fast work exactly when I needed it. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

The crew worked incredibly hard all day to remove 11 dead and dying trees in close proximity to our home. They removed all of the wood and cleaned up. Mike returned himself a week later to grind all the stumps. During the grinding a shallow sprinkler pipe was inadvertently damaged. Although Bergholz's was under no obligation to fix or repair the sprinklers, Mike spent an additional 5 hours completing repairs and cleaning up. There was no additional charge. I will only use Bergholz's in the future.
