When the crew left, my driveway had sustained damage that was not there before they arrived. There is a burned section where the asphalt has been damaged down to the underlying stone, along with three large fluid stains that appear to be oil or another automotive fluid. I have security camera footage showing the condition of my driveway before the crew arrived and after they left. I immediately attempted to contact the company to report the damage and request that someone contact me regarding repairs. When I was unable to reach anyone, I documented the damage with the New Jersey State Police, who advised that the matter appears to be civil in nature and generated a property damage report. What concerns me most isn't just the damage itself--equipment can fail and accidents happen. It's how the situation has been handled. Property damage should be acknowledged promptly, and customers and neighboring property owners deserve communication and accountability. If you are considering using this company, I strongly recommend discussing in advance how they will protect driveways and other surfaces from heavy equipment and what their process is if damage occurs. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

Their fees were very reasonable. I'm not joking when I say that although they weren't the cheapest, they were about $1,500 cheaper than the highest quote I got. So it's definitely worth it to get multiple quotes so you can make an informed decision. We were VERY happy with the job they did. The woman I worked with was not kind and not willing to help me understand where this came from. I ended up finding the owners email and was able to reach out to them to try to learn more and find a more reasonable solution, but even going over their new math, it still didn't make sense, and still had me over 20% higher than last year for the same work. They cited that I was charged incorrect last season (despite having their invoices with exact man-hour times spent and their own provided labor rate). Additionally, the new contract (which I did not sign) created new clauses in the fineprint to do price hikes in subsequent years without needing a reason. So disappointed, but I'm not comfortable going into contract with a company that doesn't honor their own contracts, hoping you won't notice.

I bought a treatment product from a garden center for $35 and treated the tree myself and it worked. Saved over $4500 by not using this guy. In addition, he was rude, unprofessional and arrogant!
