After assessing the trees, she kindly let me know that we were just outside of their service area. What happened next really stood out. On her drive back to the office, Natalie actually took the time to text me a photo of a local tree contractor she spotted nearby. She recommended him, noting that he's local, would likely offer more competitive pricing, and wouldn't have as far of a drive. In this day and age, it's almost unheard of for a business owner to go out of their way to refer a potential customer to a competitor like that. I was genuinely impressed and very appreciative of her honesty and thoughtfulness.
