A client's time is just as valuable as the stylist's. Frankly, I wouldn't want someone working on my hair who thinks ten minutes is enough time to rush through a proper appointment. This experience was deeply unprofessional and inconsiderate. I was able to speak to the owner briefly as I was reading a flyer posted in the salon that had a heart warming message for cancer patients and how they offer services to woman impacted by cancer for free. My hair came out lovely. I look forward to returning for future services.
