He then paired us with a very capable, professional and passionate tutor Natalie. The proof however is the turnaround from failing grade to an A+ on our students final exam from a teacher that is a very tough grader. Jaleesa in the office has been very flexible and communicative. She even helped us book a last minute substitute when we had a schedule change who was also fantastic. My son started 1st grade at a magnet school this year. Since kindergarten was mostly online we soon found that his reading level was not where it was supposed to be. So.... One of A+ tutors randomly reached out to me and told me that they would like me to give them another chance and they will give me a couple free hours. So since this time I needed help with my son AND 2 step-kids, I thought I would give them a try. The new schedule that I need is very confusing and involved. It is on 2 separate days per week and at 2 separate locations. Sometimes here and sometimes there, in other words. I was already having a little problem getting the current tutor on the same page, so I was worried about giving A+ another try. But I am SO glad I did! My son switched school 3 weeks into 10th grade this year and WOW what a challenge it was for him! He excels in math and got an A in Algebra II in 9th grade but never learned trigonometry. At his new school he was placed in Honors Pre Calc, but at this school they teach trig in Algebra II. Yikes!
