About 3-4 years ago, an employee at the time T told me the company does good work. However, we…read moredidn't need anything done until last year (around March), we looked to replaced our gutters. Gary came to our house, answered our questions, and gave a reasonable quote. We were given the time frame of 4-6 weeks for the crew to come out. Which was fine, we weren't in a dire need. I was surprised to get a call about two weeks later that the crew can install the gutters sooner than expected. Which was perfect timing because they held up against the storm that we had in April.

They never checked with me even though I sat there in the lobby and the tint is like 4 inches too low. My husband can't drive the van any more because the tint is right in the middle of his field of vision thus distorts his field of vision. As if that weren't bad enough.....the tech dripped adhesive onto the radio, hvac, etc. control panel. We noticed immediately upon my arrival home. My husband noticed the clump of adhesive and picked it off. Then he realized the adhesive ate the plastic. I went immediately back to A+ and told Mike about it. Mike removed the panel and his techs tried to remove the adhesive that had also seeped behind the buttons. He stated they were not able to get behind the buttons, so he offered to replace the control panel. I'm a very kind and conservative person so I told Mike that he wouldn't have to incur the expense of replacing the panel, if it still functioned ok. We decided it would probably still work ok so he did not replace it at that time. Well, low and behold the buttons are sticking and the panel is indeed not working properly. I called to tell Mike that the panel actually needs to be replaced. He had the audacity to inform me that since I declined the repair and replacement when he first offered, he will no longer correct the issue. Absolutely mind blowing. They dripped adhesive on my control panel and since I was trying to be nice and not demand a new panel because at the time we thought it was functional, he will no longer do the right thing???? This shows a huge lack of integrity on their part, terrible customer service and makes a person never want to be kind and understanding and try to save someone a buck when they can. I should have been nasty and made him replace it even though it seemed ok at the time.

I was SHOCKED to receive TWO invoices for service calls, when clearly the root problem was not addressed the first time. It would seem that if the door was not working w/in a couple days of it being "fixed", it was not properly "fixed" the first time. They had always given our company a very fair rate and Quality Quick Service. That is no longer the case. I have long waits for glass and they never wrap the glass in paper, expecting me to put this in my car with leather interior, unprotected by a paperwrapping. The final straw was when I last picked up glass they had grossly overcharged me. When I questioned it, they did refund a small portion of my money but by the time I went to use the glass it had snapped in half because it was not protected by paper. It's very unfortunate since it was a good and smooth Running Company when Punky was there and now since her grandsons took over, they price gouge and do substandard work.
