They came out and cleared the track of debris. Within 3 days, it was not working again, so they came back out and "reset the control". I was SHOCKED to receive TWO invoices for service calls, when clearly the root problem was not addressed the first time. It would seem that if the door was not working w/in a couple days of it being "fixed", it was not properly "fixed" the first time. Very disappointed in the customer service this loyal customer was provided. I will not be calling them again to service either of my stores.

My windshield started to leak so I took it back and they supposedly fixed it. It was not fixed. Took it back again and the owner said it was not the windshield but the sunroof. He put water on the windshield and the sunroof and yes it looked like it must be the sunroof. Took it to the dealer who said it was not the sunroof but the windshield. Even provided a video showing how the windshield was leaking. Took it back again to America Glass where the owner once again put water on there to say it was the sunroof and said the dealer was lying to me. HE WAS LYING!!! Nice scheme he has going to make it look like the sunroof is the problem. Finally gave up and took it to another glass place that said the windshield was not properly installed. Sham work!!!! Once a new windshield was installed, no more leaking. This place does horrible work and then when they get called out for it they blame everyone else. The state was very interested to hear about all the statements saying that people need to use cash because their machine doesn't work.
