Estimate was received same afternoon as consultation and questions answered promptly. Prices were fair and we have ordered our pellet stove. I am very confident that the installation will be the same great service as we have received so far. Update: Pellet stove installed, and as anticipated, service was superb. The crew called 30 minutes prior to arrival and showed up within the scheduled time frame. They laid down tarps to ensure they didn't track in dirt or snow. We promptly received a return call to tell us they could help and that they could meet our 3 day time frame (before our next guest arrived)!
