He came out to the house to review the project room and provide an estimate. After seeing the estimate that was in our budget, we decided to give the go ahead. When we first started communication, there was no rush on the project as it was for our future baby's room. So 1, 2, 3 weeks go by after giving the go ahead and no response. Finally I get a reply and it was "I will check my schedule". 4 more days go by and nothing. I reach out again and he says I'll check the schedule and let you know tomorrow..I caught him at a "busy time". Mind you the non rush project is how becoming a rush. So knowing full well the baby's delivery date, he gives me 2 weeks prior to that as his only possible available time stringing me along until it was too close to the due date. If you don't want to do the project or it's too small or it's not what you want to do, just say so and move on. Dont string me along until it's convenient for you to so a smaller job. Don't bother reaching out to Robert unless you have alot of time for your project and it's big enough to warrant him giving you his attention.
