They called my vet for their updates shots and it was a very easy and smooth set up. My dogs seemed to do fine and came back with no injuries or issues so I am a happy fur mama! My flight also got delayed so my dogs had to stay two more days which was no issue with them and so that was very helpful. A couple of things to take into account, you pay before you board. Their hours for boarding are 7:30a-12p, 3p-5p. Latest for pickup is 5:30pm. You have to bag up the dog food for each day as they board or you will be charged a fee per day if they have to do it - completely understandable. They were very friendly and helpful when I called. I think I've found my new boarding place for my fur babies!
