She is a very busy person! You can tell she takes passion in her career by everything she does and how informative and thorough she is! She walks in every time with a smile greeting you! The office is always so slow, most of my prenatal visits took well over an hour. I also had to be…read moreseen at MFM, and the doctor seemed to never review the notes from those visits before coming into the exam room. A lot of the staff were very rude, with few exceptions. The office was very disorganized. I had left a message for a prescription refill, and it was finally called in two days later -- but it was the wrong medication. I was a planned c-section, and it turns out they had my blood type incorrect. I didn't know this until the morning of my surgery. Luckily, the nurses at Spohn South were vigilant! They noticed the discrepancy between Dr. Pathikonda's office and MFM. This also meant that I didn't get the necessary rhogam injection at 28 weeks. If I had needed a blood transfusion, this could have been a disaster. I have read reviews about her bedside manner... she smiles, yes. She never showed a real interest in me or my baby. Never even asked what we planned to name the baby. I felt like I was just a number. I will say, she did an excellent job on my incision!

I was seen 03/28/2026 around 9pm and I have to say this one of the worst experiences I've had when…read morecoming to an ER because of the sheer unprofessionalism of the staff this night. I came in for excessive bleeding and clots larger than a golf ball. I'd been feeling dizzy and light headed all day as well and thought it was best that I be seen rather than risk it. The nurse on staff tonight was named Valerie and the doctor was Dr. thrift. My first issue was with the nurse. She came in off the bat with an attitude and she said "I just saw you like on the eleventh... so.... You're still on the same medicine?" but in a snarky way like as to point out "oh you're here again?" And then she said "and what is your emergency today that you're here for?" And I told her what's going on and she said "okay and... so what would you like us to do about that today? Like... from an emergency standpoint?" Which really threw me off because... I want you to do your job and listen to my concerns and assess the issue... I told her that I wanted them to do whatever they think they should do, that this issue isn't normal for me but if they think it's not an emergency, they could turn me away. She replied "well we don't ever turn people away." Which makes her first question make even less sense... my second issue was that the doctor was in the room and did not call her out for being rude. He is very nice but was still unprofessional, as he took a personal call in my face, in the room. They did a few tests, whatever... I was focused on getting out of there, as I felt like they were offended that I even came in. Towards the end of me being there, another girl asked me to give a urine sample. Shortly after I heard the nurse Valerie and her saying something and it seemed to be about me so I started to get nervous, I've had multiple miscarriages before and have been trying to get pregnant so I was worried that maybe I had been pregnant and miscarried. Then they started cackling, just laughing their behinds off. Valerie comes in with Dr. thrift and he says "she (Valerie) just scared me... because she said you were pregnant. Which is the last thing I was thinking." Valerie then says "oh it was just a joke. I wanted to freak him out." They start laughing about it as if it's actually funny. The way he worded it at first made me think even more that I had miscarried and I got very worried. But then she said it was a joke and I could barely hold in my tears. I've struggled with infertility for years after my miscarriages. It's very tone deaf and inconsiderate to joke about things like that. Especially after cackling about it when a patient can hear. Because what was funny? It was funny to make him think I miscarried? Horrible experience this time around. Which is a shame because I haven't had an issue the other times I've been seen here. I really think that this staff needs a lesson on professionalism and empathy. Or they need to consider a different profession.

She treats my mom like she's a friend and jokes around with her making her smile. (My mom could not move or respond back except with facial expressions at that point.) Toni didn't care. I can now walk, without assistance, I can take care of myself, my home, even enjoy time at the lake with my family. The staff were friendly and set high expectations. They were motivating and encouraging while challenging me to meet my goals. My outcome far exceeding my expectations. I would highly recommend PAM to anyone requiring these services.
