My husband and I have had the blessing to use Bump 2 Baby several times now over the last 7 years for elective ultrasound and today's visit was no exception. Care and communication was excellent. Mike took his time to explain what he was looking at. He is very professional. You can tell he is well seasoned in his career and knows what he is doing. He was quick but thorough today. The images and video they offer are very clear and professional. I hope they know how truly appreciative we are of the services they offer. My husband and I did this today and had a truly wonderful experience. We got amazing photos that were better then I expected. The recommendation for water is to drink 120 oz of water for 5 days before your ultrasound. I have had severe nausea and morning sickness so I decided to start it 8 days before and I wound up drinking 150oz-180oz daily to make up for any vomiting. I know 120oz is a lot of water but if you want to have a great experience and great photos then you need to do it. They were very nice and professional. They said many times "thanks for drinking the recommended amount". read more

Great technology, terrible service. The stenographer can't work with kids around. He stopped the sonogram every time one of our other small children, all under five, would "climb" or walk past an unclosed gate. A very sentimental moment was taken from us because of lack of professionalism. Constant pessimism and consistent lack of hospitality. Don't come here. read more

We had the best time! None of my family is local, so being able to tune in and watch the ultrasound was so special. They all felt like they were there, and all thought Mike was absolutely hilarious! Mike is curt at best-- not blatantly rude, just not very warm, like at all. The impression I've gotten has been that he wants you in and out of there as quickly as possible. As long as you're okay with that, it'll be a fine experience. read more

I've had such wonderful experiences both times that I've been here! My first ultrasound was at 26 weeks, and while that isn't too far into my pregnancy I had not been drinking much water. I was still able to get some good pictures of my baby, however Mike informed me if I was going to return later in my pregnancy that it was very important to stay on top of how much water I was drinking. He gave great details and was very informative throughout the whole ultrasound. When I returned for my second ultrasound I made sure to stay well hydrated just like he said and my pictures came out absolutely amazing. We could see all of the features so clearly. Everything from my phone calls asking tons of questions and making my appointments up to my ultrasounds has been so easy and wonderful. read more

This place was AWESOME! I went to learn the gender of our baby and it was an all around great experience! It was a nice, clean place. The waiting room was big and there were toys for kids to occupy themselves with. The room where you get sonograms done was cozy and cute! There were lots of chairs in that room so you can have plenty of family and friends along for your sonogram. Lots of fun and laughter but also very professional and comfortable! I really enjoyed this experience and I will tell everyone I know about this place. The prices were right and I got every single picture and video on a disk plus four sonogram pictures were printed out for me! They offer other things besides sonograms. One being placenta encapsulation which I plan on doing. Thank you very much for an amazing experience. It was the perfect way to find out the gender of our baby boy!! read more

Just had the worst experience here. I loved seeing my baby, but Mike was very rude. My baby was being shy and kept her face hidden and he started lecturing me about how I didn't drink enough water and how it was my fault that he wasn't getting good pictures. He had the nerve to say "if you don't start drinking more water your going to have to get that baby cut out of you because she's breech." I'm only 30 weeks pregnant! And I drink exactly the amount of water my DOCTOR told me was adequate, sometimes more. I started to cry in the middle of the sonogram! I did not go to see him for his medical advice, I just wanted pictures of my baby. I'm never sending any of my friends of family here. It was a terrible experience. read more
