Great availability and ease to use the website to schedule an appointment. I had my appointment with Halle Wager and she was very welcoming and cared about how I felt about my hair. I cut off about 6 inches and got layers and a face framing and I loved how it came out. It was a great price aswell. $40 for a wash, cut, and style! ( excluding tip) Loved it and 100% will be coming back for my next haircut.

since moving to the area, I've been to the salon three different times two for a haircut and one…read moremost recently for a haircut and color. This most recent visit was honestly not the best. I went in for a action Culler and no, I should've done a bit more of the relationship building with the actual stylist. She wasn't super familiar with my hair, but the woman that I previously was visiting I couldn't find on their website. So I went in and requested a pretty vibrant color. she was about 20 minutes behind because of a previous client that was talking quite a bit, though. I suspect it was actually her just based on how she was during my visit once in her seat, she looked at my hair a bit more closely and suggested that she was going to do a new technique on my hair to try and break down the dark color. I am totally open for experimentation. fast-forward about three hours into the job, she completely forgot to notice on my reservation that I had also wanted a hairstyle. When I spoke to the receptionist about the color that I wanted the color of my hair and what I was looking for, she told me to estimate between 3 to 4 hours for my hair. I had done that, but it was taking considerably longer, and by the time she wrapped up with my hair, I was already late for a meeting. So did I get a haircut? No, I did not. The hairstylist was friendly enough at the end, recognizing that she had fail to notice I wanted a haircut from the very beginning. She told me to reschedule my haircut at a later time since I had already paid for it within the cost of the color. Honestly, it was such a pain to schedule this session with my full-time 9to5 job, that I'd rather just take the loss of the money and, find someone else to cut my hair. but the reason for my lower star review is really because of the actual dye job. After about a month and a half of using color safe shampoo and other things to keep my vibrant color, the majority of the color had washed out. I'm now three months out from when I dyed my hair and the color is all but gone and I'm left with this gross blonde green. personally i think it's because she tried a new technique that she even said herself she was not really familiar with.

It is pricey...but I'd rather pay the price than be disappointed with a coloring or cut. It also comes with a manicure or pedicure, but I didn't get that because of timing inconsistencies. My experience was SO amazing. Galleria Spa is the definition of getting pampered! The staff is extremely friendly and actually listens to your requests and the place is so clean and smells lovely. They have water and tea while you relax and some snacks if you get hungry. Full facial: I personally have very sensitive skin which reacts to almost everything. They do a really good job of preventing bad reactions by having you fill in a questionnaire, asking you about allergies and previous bad reactions to products. My facial was very enjoyable! I was kept very warm on a heated board with heavy blankets, the room had a facial steamer and smelled lovely. My facialist cleansed and exfoliated my face then did an analysis. She then did a few extractions on my nose and chin and used a strong exfoliant before and after to get the blackheads out. A moisturizing mask was used for the rest of my face. Again, I have extremely sensitive skin, and ended up having a bad reaction for about 4 days after the facial (red bumps, looked like hives). The employees were super nice though, I called them to ask for advice and they responded right away. I probably won't be getting facials again because I get really self conscious when I have breakouts. But if I were to get a facial again, I'd come here. Full body massage: Very relaxing and she was very firm which I liked!
