It also comes with a manicure or pedicure, but I didn't get that because of timing inconsistencies. My experience was SO amazing. Galleria Spa is the definition of getting pampered! The staff is extremely friendly and actually listens to your requests and the place is so clean and smells lovely. They have water and tea while you relax and some snacks if you get hungry. Full facial: I personally have very sensitive skin which reacts to almost everything. They do a really good job of preventing bad reactions by having you fill in a questionnaire, asking you about allergies and previous bad reactions to products. My facial was very enjoyable! I was kept very warm on a heated board with heavy blankets, the room had a facial steamer and smelled lovely. My facialist cleansed and exfoliated my face then did an analysis. She then did a few extractions on my nose and chin and used a strong exfoliant before and after to get the blackheads out. A moisturizing mask was used for the rest of my face. Again, I have extremely sensitive skin, and ended up having a bad reaction for about 4 days after the facial (red bumps, looked like hives). The employees were super nice though, I called them to ask for advice and they responded right away. I probably won't be getting facials again because I get really self conscious when I have breakouts. But if I were to get a facial again, I'd come here. The massages were really good and so the services that we got were great. The prices are fair. The rooms are very relaxing. But the downfall was that only 1 of the employees wore a mask the whole time. The receptionist did not wear one, the person I assume was the boss did not wear one, and my sisters masseuse did not wear one. Once we went back to our rooms I went out and kindly asked if it was possible for our massage therapist to wear a mask while massaging us because we were uncomfortable and they did and were very accommodating. Afterwords my massage therapist went on and on about how safe she is trying to be and how serious she is taking Covid as a massage therapist and I couldn't tell if she was trying to prove that she was serious or that the company was serious but I know it was to calm me. We are from a pretty liberal town and so I know that everywhere back home masks are still required but this was a shock that we were the only two people aside from the one worker to wear a mask, especially in a salon where before Covid some massage therapist wore masks for sanitary reasons. I feel that in a place where you are supposed to relax and while Covid is still a very real problem, if there is a sign on the door that says that guest are required to wear a mask then so should the employees. We just didn't feel very safe when we were close to unmasked people and we came to relax and feel good. I won't go here again until there is herd immunity BUT when Covid is not a problem anymore I would consider it since the service was so good and I absolutely loved my massage therapist.
