Some companies in Boise charge for this length warranty. And there was no processing fee some companies charge up to $100 for simply taking the order. He tried a number of different solutions and kept on steadily. We thought the problem was solved after the first visit, but it was not. He called back to check in and added me to his schedule the next day so he could come back and work on the problem further. After diligently searching, he eventually found the solution. He was professional, polite, personable, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. He was much better than other people who have tried to solve the problem. I highly recommend him.
