I was given this place by recommendation, and after reading some of the review I was terrified to go, however, being this is where my insurance was taken I went In fear! My appointment started at 3:15, and I did not get seen. I left around 4:25. I waited for almost 2 hours and they never came back. I had to leave and get rescheduled. I genuinely think they forgot about me and lied about an "emergency" happening. They could've left the building and I wouldn't even had known. I wouldn't even be pissed off if they told me that an emergency happened and you many have to wait longer. Anyway, I didn't see or hear any sirens or nothing. They just don't care. I don't even know if I should come back. Worst service ever and a nurse with an attitude got testy with me. I didn't even get a formal apology just an, "Oh oops. We had an emergency. Sorry." I had a medical emergency and needed to be seen as soon as possible the nurse then said the earliest she could was may 22 I called on May 5th to make the appointment! i was ok with that but when the day came to my appointment and as I'm waiting for my name to be called to go back some random woman walks in needing birth control and she even said she had never been seen there before the lady was able to give her an appointment the next day for 8! that was my first red flag! my second red flag was when the nurse who called me back CATHY was very rude, very unprofessional, and she was just an absolute hateful piece of work! Kathy asked me if I had ever been on birth control. I very generously said no I have never been on birth control. I have never needed to be on birth control. She then grumbles under her breath and feel her judging me as she says MMMMMMM very loudly! I then tell Kathy that there would be no need for me to be on birth control as I am a lesbian. She then proceeds to smart off while people do stray at that point I was very appalled and taken back by it all! she finally puts me in the room and then proceeds to tell me how I need to take a tampon out before I can be seen by the which I already figured would need to be done. Don't get me Gordon is great and she listens and she really does care but I will never go back to that facility because of Kathy and how she treated me after I seen Gordon she goes up to the front and tells her staff that she needs to see me in two weeks last I checked two weeks means 14 days the girl then me four weeks out how was that two weeks but then a girl comes in at the spur of the moment and can get an appointment for the next day at 8 o'clock. read more

Had my first visit today with the provider, Nicole Killman . I was worried bc I read some of the previous reviews . I had a great experience . She didn't rush me , answered all my questions and seemed genuinely concerned . She is straight forward , which I like, no sugar coating . I look forward to establishing a long term patient and provider relationship with Mrs Killman . read more

Front desk, insurance, nurses are all lovely! My issue is the midwife Ms. Killman. Rude, condescending, and spitting out bulls**t, made up statistics. She needs sensitivity training, and one day she's meet the patient that'll give it to her if its not provided by the office. She's a MIDWIFE, telling me that my ENDOCRINOLOGIST (a DOCTOR) was incorrect in diagnosing me with a thyroid disease. Im appalled, and i probably wont be returning because of her. Then has the nerve to say to me "if you return to schedule bloodwork, check with ur insurance about any copays they may not cover it all, so be prepared to pay out of pocket" in an extremely condescending tone as if I wouldn't be able to pay my copays. Little did she know, Im a licensed healthcare professional and as someone who works in the medical field Im ashamed. read more

Umm, rude nurses, doctor who didn't wear gloves but more importantly raking up the bill unnecessarily with invasive procedures that can be traumatic to the body. I made the decision to get a second opinion since I had never had any issues with any doctor I've ever gone to then when I got to a new doctor all of a sudden I'm having to get all these tests and procedures then am given one diagnosis from one nurse then a drastically different one from another nurse. I called another doctor to get a second opinion about the procedures I've been put thru and they said that the diagnosis and procedures they're putting you thru don't match up. I'm currently getting retested by my new doctor to compare the results. I don't recommend this place...too many negatives to deserve one star but zero stars wasn't an option. Will never go back to this place, so scary and I'm furious! read more

This place is a JOKE! I do not recommend Ms. Killman. She is very rude and unprofessional. During the intake I had some additional concerns other than was the original appointment was made for. She would ONLY discuss the reason for the appointment. I waited an hour to speak to her for exactly 4 minutes. Not sure why they would take all the information at intake with no intention of even discussing. I guess I should have chose an MD rather than a FNP or Midwife if this is the treatment you get. I should have read the reviews as well it seems to be a trend with her and her lack pf professionalism. I chose this practice because I had worked with the 2 Dr's and office manager previously. But with their staff it surely shows poorly on them and not listening to patient complaints. read more

The front desk ladies are always very nice and helpful. Nurses are okay, some of them are rude and some of them are not. Ms. Killman is very rude. Instead of starting my exam she decided to come in and talk about my weight. I found this very insulting. I will not be seeing her again. read more

o something told me that I should've left this doctors office along time ago whenever one of the providers told me that if I did not quit smoking by the age of 35 they would refuse to give me birth control. They didn't say oh we will need to explore other options, didn't say they would try to help me quit smoking. They just said they would flat out refuse to give me birth control. but no I decided to keep going and now here I sit with a birth control prescription that goes out on Saturday, on my menstrual cycle So I can't go see another doctor and a child awaiting Covid results and what are they doing but refusing to give me my prescription all because I won't pay a $25 fee for a missed appointment. sounds to me like y'all might be a little bit of money hungry. First of all I apologize that YOUR office policy prohibits me from coming in there if I am awaiting Covid results or experiencing Covid like symptoms that's not my fault. ITS LITERALLY YALLS POLICY!!!! Secondly let me apologize that last month when my appointment came around and I was waiting on my daughters Covid results and I was also on my period that your employee rescheduled me for exactly a month out!!! I'm sorry at the time I weren't thinking oh I'm gonna be waiting on another child's Covid results because guess what I'm not a fortuneteller and it completely slipped my mind(apparently slipped your employees mind as well) that oh well in a month I'm gonna be bleeding again as well!!!! Dr. Smith is extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. She is always helpful with any questions that I have. Dr. Smith has a sincere concern for her patients. After a laparoscopic surgery to diagnose endometriosis, she promptly called to follow up and see how I was doing. Her staff is also very polite and helpful. They were also very prompt with calling back with lab results. In addition, appointments are easy to set. read more

This was the worst doctor/medical experience in my life. It was like being on an assembly line. No compassion, no reassurance. Just do the procedure and go on to the next patient. Due to the pain from this barbaric procedure without any pain control, I almost passed out and told the Dr and assistant how I felt. I had to.ask for a wet, cold paper towel to put on my forehead to keep me conscious and got one. They said I could get dressed and left the room. I almost fell 2 times getting to the chair where my clothes were and sat down. The assistant came back in no more than 10 minutes to "walk me out" offering no support to steady me as we walked to the front. My friend who drove me there was waiting. She told me I was pale as a ghost and wobbling, and grabbed my arm to help steady me. The results of the test were sent to me via email. Praise God they were negative for cancer. How humane would that have been to be told through email that you had cancer. Horrible experience when a woman is at one of her most vulnerable times. Never again will I go to this office or doctor. read more
