Literally did the blood test and put it in the same results as something else so it's not like I could have known. Completely ruined any surprise.

On top of that when housekeeping came in all they did was take out the trash and wipe the top of the sink. They put these little banners on saying that it is sanitized, but it cannot be sanitized if they have done nothing to it, including sweeping, mopping or scrubbing the shower and toilet. Also, I was supposed to get the second band to be able to help take care of my granddaughter when my daughter had to go into surgery to get her tubes tied she and I both ask about it several times we were told no problem. You don't have to worry about it. It's no big deal, but they ended up coming and taking the baby from me because they told me I didn't have the band even though we had asked for it several times so I am highly disappointed and highly angry and I only give a rating of two stars because the the actual labor and delivery room nurses were very good to my daughter. Had it not been for them cape fear valley would get zero stars and if there was a way I would actually do negative stars.

in the last week I was happy with Dr Wahbeh and his staff un…read moretil today ,after seeing my high risk specialist that Dr Wahbeh referred me to, I discussed my thyroid med adjustment with the specialist let him know that Dr Wahbehs nurse had called and told me the dosage would be lowered due to elevated results ,he told me to check with Dr Wahbeh bc usually with elevated levels you increase not decrease which is something I told the nurse as well when she called and she just stated thats what the Dr ordered after seeing the elevated numbers, so I called and asked for Dr Wahbeh to give me a call to discuss the dosage(per specialist request), whom ever answered stated she would have the NURSE call me after having me repeat myself 3x (like she was to busy to focus on our call) on why I wanted to speak with the Dr I told her I've already spoken with the nurse I called to request a call from the Dr bc the nurse could not give me specifics on dosage change she stated ok she would pass message onto Wahbeh ....now a week ago the staff had me at an appt they set w a diagnosis center for sugar test (@8am after fasting for 12 hrs the day before I was to attend funeral) but had given incorrect lab orders I had to call multiple times where they got info confused with thyroid labs and sugar test labs but it was eventually taken care of by the nurse once someone took time to listen and get the correct orders to the correct place I was rescheduled for later that week.....so Dr Wahbeh calls and explains why he is lowering dosage vs increasing which was fine , but then proceeds to tell me this is the second time I've questioned his staff and that I was rude to them, when I tried to explain I wasn't rude and that I was given incorrect info before and that I was calling bc specialist told me to double check and that if anything whoever answered phone was rude to me, he stated no I was never given incorrect info his staff was never rude to me and that I should find another Dr. (Wowwwww) I stated thank you and maybe I should bc I don't need a Dr who is bothered by me calling and double checking on something that could affect my babies life! he said good then find another Dr. ,I politely thanked him and hung up even though I was in shock that a Dr would have a issue with returning a call to the point he didn't want me as a patient anymore .....which if any one knows how hard it is to find another Dr when you are 28wks pregnant with twins who are high risk and mind you I spent me and my husband's savings on this ivf pregnancy and I'm 36yrs old so this is the only time I'll ever be able to have a child let alone these 2 babies born healthy... I was crushed that Dr Wahbeh treated me like that and that his staff would say that I was rude to them when I thought they were as sweet as could be I cried my eyes out but thank God the specialist was able to refer me to a Dr in there Plaza that I will see tomorrow even they said they could never see me being Rude as humble as I am ...I don't know if Wahbeh didn't value me as a patient bc I recently have wound up on medicaid bc of not be able to work vs the Cigna that I did have or that having to actually take real time out for a patient upset him or his staff but I do know it crushed me I cried so hard after being treated like that and for a Dr not to value my twins life was devestating... if it wasn't for the specialist helping me find a Dr to accept me I would be stuck with no care for my babies and no delivery Dr. When I'm at the point in my pregnancy Im to be monitored weekly ...the whole point in me going to Dr Wahbeh vs. a clinic like center was to have one on one care bc of the nature of my pregnancy and I explained this to him in our first meeting so for him to treat me like this and an discard me as a patient for requesting a call is beyond my understanding I wish anyone who decides to receive care from him the best I just had to express my and make people aware of my experience Ronda (nurse) and the young white lady at front desk are always helpful and sweet as can be idk what went wrong smh

Was ignored and brushed off on the pain. Then gave birth where Mrs. Vernetta pushed me onto getting pitocen and an hr later came to break my water rushed and stuck her hand up me but didn't have any of the supplies to break my water and was very rude and nasty saying "well if I take my hand out rn im just gunna have to put it back in. Well what do you want me to do" anyways after that she left and Mrs. Holly delivered my baby (which was a great experience and she was amazing and even helped me breastfeed.) a month or so after having my baby the pain in my ribs continued and I ended up needing my gallbladder removed. Which it can be very dangerous passing gallstones while pregnant and I'm very grateful nothing worse happened but I'm very disappointed how I was dismissed and treated.
