The thing that set these guys apart from other places was their willingness to work with my financial situation. Tricare didn't accept the referral my surgeon had written and refused to pay. So while I was getting that mess squared away, I was in constant communication with the admin team who was very understanding and gave me a little extra time rather than sending me to collections. Luckily Tricare was able to provide the payment after some struggle, and I was able to pay my debt before Sykesville PT sent ne to collections.

They have several locations throughout the state and the Eldersburg location happened to be the closest to my house. The process to schedule an appointment online through their portal was easy. I was able to put in all the pertinent information. They listed several dates and times they had available. One the date of the appointment the check in process was easy. They had a tablet to sign in on and one to fill out all the paperwork. Appointment went well. Doctor Wallace was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. We have a follow up in eight weeks and we'll see how it goes.

Both Dr Brown and Dr Samson are fantastic and the office staff is extremely helpful and very friendly when setting up new appointments or changing appointments for future weeks. The staff, Jair, April, Cat, and Megan are super in all that they do and I can't recommend this practice enough. This location is a little further from my home but sometimes it works better with my schedule.
