On my first visit this week I wore a mask, as Joanne had clearly informed me that they were still required. Fine. However, on my second visit, I reached for mask from Joann and and Chris said, oh she doesn't need one, she'll be in the small room. When the assistant came to get me ready, she asked for mask and I said Chris said since I would be in small room, I was ok to not wear one. Wednesday 25 May 2022 I showed for my third session. I was welcomed to the small room and given heat on my shoulders. When timer went off, Jess came in and gave me the plastic to begin workout. He directed me to put it AROUND the DOOR KNOB, and I inquired if this was safe--fearing it would get loose and snap me. Jess then directed me to put it around the door knob on the other side of door and closed it as he walked away. I Inquired why I was getting such subpar service and he commented, "Well, when you agree to wear mask, you can come out." Mind you, I never once refused to wear mask. Is this how catonsville PT treats a patient, a repeat patient? I felt so insulted, I informed Joann to cancel my remaining appointments. Now here I am, halfway through the six weeks the doctor scheduled for my return: one week I waited to get on schedule. One week I worked successfully with Chris. The third week since Chris was not there I was treated as subpar, as if I did not even deserve to be treated with the dignity of staff, mainly Jess, addressing me as an adult. Sincerely,

He was realistic, encouraging, and pushing her steadily forward. He has been professional, informative and always had a sense of humor. Finally, he has tolerated all this parent's questions. Admin did nothing but thanked us for giving it back. #4 Room had a serious electrical safety issue ( no cover on a 4 gang outle. My overall review of this place - they keep family happy but not patients. I recommend you find another place for rehabilitation. Buyer beware. If I could score in a negative I would (-25). Do not put your family or friends to this place. They are there for the pay check nothing more.

His associate therapists were unprofessional and I felt uncomfortable in the sessions. Finally I felt pressured to schedule appointments past when my insurance would allow, being told by office staff "it was pre-approved" and hence would not be an issue with billing-only to be threatened with legal action for hundreds of dollars when my insurance refused. 0 stars would be my preference here. And if it helps or shows how upset I am at all, I literally NEVER post complaint reviews.

This year, I paid the $30 at the time of service (like always) and then got an invoice for an additional $30 for each service. No explanation of benefits was received from Dr. Johnson. The accountant explained that the first $30 was for treatment by TENS and by a roller traction machine that stretched the lumbar and thoracic vertebrae and that the additional $30 is for paying a copay for Medicare for the adjustment. I started with a different chiropractor who identified a compressed disk in the cervical area. Dr. Johnson had told me about this 3 years ago. The new chiropractor has a traction machine that pulls my head stretching the cervical region to treat this disk. Dr. Johnson only did a cervical adjustment upon request and did no traction on my cervical spine.
