They contacted me immediately, arranged to have the dog treated at a local vet, took my dog there and stayed after hours making sure she woke up well after anesthesia. Then, they contacted me frquently, sending me updates and photos of my dog. They REALLY went the extra mile and I am extremely grateful and impressed. I always felt good leaving my dogs here, but I fell 100% secure they will always receive the best care.

I had left instructions of how much to feed her, vet name and number, emergency vet number, etc. , etc. And this is after Devin came into my apartment and I had gone over everything with her! Devin texted me, took pictures and gave me a detailed description of how Mia was doing when I was gone. She cleaned her kitty litter, tried to play with her and even gave her treats! Mia hid from her but by the second day she actually came out of her hiding place. When Devin texted me that, it made me so happy! I did not worry at all about how Mia was doing by being alone because I knew that she was in good hands. I really enjoyed myself without having to be stressed out! It was so wonderful. I will definitely be using them again!

They are constantly taking photos to keep me updated, and give me great feedback when I pick her up to let me know how her day went! This past summer was my dog's first time swimming. They taught her to not only swim like a pro, but she also learned to dive, and go underwater! Teddy usually falls asleep on the ride home from camp as she's so exhausted from her doggy adventures but you can tell how happy and incredibly well cared for she is during her time away. We've had issues with boarding facilities in the past (check my reviews if interested) which left us hesitant to booking, especially considering the expense that comes with larger breed considerations. However, not only does TCC have better care, facilities, and customer service; they are also easier on the checkbook. Teddy definitely has a home away from home in TCC, and even though our new move puts us another 15 minutes out, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've called them quite a few times to board and even on short notice they are able to help me out. Rates are really affordable...notice the sign on the door that they do not accept debit or credit cards to keep their prices low. So bring your cash and checks. Only gripe is that there is often a strong cigarette smell.
