We told him what size shower stall we wanted, he came back with a shower pan that was much larger. He closed the shower wall up and failed to test to be sure there were no leaks...not only did it leak but he hooked the hot and cold water lines backwards. He did not put the flanges in the shower so everything leaked down into our basement. The sink under the vanity was not plumbed correctly and the pipes weren't even connected into each other. We spoke with him several times about issues and he said he would fix it or return $ to us if necessary. We decided we just didn't trust him enough to do the job right We wound up taking the shower down ...walls and glass..to put the flanges in, fixed the plumbing under the sink and now found the toilet was not connected correctly so when you flush upstairs you hear it all through the downstairs. it's a complete mess. I hate that we gave him money...I also hate that he seemed like a nice man and I have to write this review. If someone told me a contractor did this, I would have a hard time believing it. From the very beginning, Luigi was always available to answer any questions. He provided a detailed work plan and quickly responded to any of the multiple changes I made during the planning. After the reno was over and I needed it some slight adjustments, Luigi was just as easy to reach and had his team come back more than once for slight corrections.
