We ended up returning the pillows, as once we got them home, we no longer liked them as much. The process of returning was simple and hassle-free. Service is good once you are at the register, and pretty non-existent up to that point. Given it's location in this large shared plaza, parking is a breeze and more than plentiful. Overall, solid Kirkland's location that we are happy to swing by when in the area.

In additon to furniture, really old-looking religious paintings, plain and printed linens, and pillows, they have a huge selection of aromatic designer products: soap, candles, shampoo, lotion, etc. Gilchrist & Gilchrist is a high-end antique shop with a definite aesthetic: almost everything in the store is white or beige, reminding me of a beach house or a Victorian era child's room. It isn't really my style, but some of my more domestic and traditional friends would enjoy looking around this store.
