So if I show up after a long day at work, drive like a maniac to get here before six, and find out that at 5:57pm the doors are already pulled down, and the staff do their stereotypical "I see you out there but I'm ignoring you because we are closed. Even though it's not time. ". Pay no mind to this medication that is keeping this man alive, and I guess I'm just stupid, I didn't realize that 5:57 is 6:00. Not only that, tho. A store employee was nice enough to yell from the front of the store "YEP! They closed at 6!!" As if I got there at 7:15 and demanded to get a prescription for my friends 85 y/o father. If you are closing at 5:55/5:56/5:57, then that is what you need to advertise as your closing time. I did my part, but the people who work at Walgreens dont give a Crap. They did not hold up their end of the time. I'm going to make it my sole mission to drive this store into the ground, and to make sure this makes it to someone who cares about their image, their word, their "compassion ". You can't stay open the last 3 min then open a movie theater not a God D*mn drug store. Just to recap - I arrived before closing, the script is ready, and these people closed before 6. I mean while yes that is a time that was after my arrival and they had me locked out already. So Gonna be a long weekend for my friends father and I hope he survives the weekend. Otherwise, we are all gonna be in court together, and you get to tell a group of jurors that you'd better pray use a different pharmacy. If not, or even if they dont, It's pretty easy to point out that 5:57 is not 6:00. That a profession that must use precise measuring and record keeping doesn't know how to tell time!? Wow, just wow. I have been shown that this place needs a redo, a reset, or a really big wrecking ball, and a CVS sign if they're going to survive. Gosh, I really really can't believe this. DONT GO TO THIS JUVENILE ASS pharmacy. They can't tell time or they can't get to the bar early enough. 5:57-is NOT 6:00. So fyi. They don't close when they say. It must depend on what they have to do personally and not what their customers want. Get outta the game Walgreens You suck.

We are changing this drug to Express Scripts. I'm not dealing with the unprofessionalism and lack of care of both Walgreens nearest to me.

He went back at 4:15 and they told him he couldn't have until Monday. This is critical medicine for him. He had surgery and was at a high risk stroke patient and needed this medicine to make sure that didn't happen. His doctor repeated over and over and over again how important it was. They took this medicine every single day. This is unconscionable.

With her directions, it was very easy to find the location. I was a few minutes early and she was ready for me, having me fill out a quick information sheet before we started. The room was clean and immediately set me at ease. Cathy engaged in a bit of small talk with me in the beginning and communicated well with me throughout the massage. The massage itself was great - very relaxing, very thorough, and took up just about an hour. I knew I was going to feel better for days, both physically and emotionally. However, the after-massage is what is causing me to give 3 stars instead of 5, and ensures I will not be booking a second massage with Cathy. On a table in the room was a sign saying something to the effect of "If you enjoyed your massage, please feel free to leave a gratuity". I realized I had forgotten the cash I meant as a tip at home and only had a few dollars on hand. I had been really happy with the massage and thought I would get her card and book a second massage, with the intention of fully tipping her for BOTH at the second massage. When I walked out of the room, she asked how I felt and, with phone and Square chip in hand, told me that she accepts gratuities via card if I wanted to -- following that up with an explanation that she only gets about 1/2 of what Groupon charges and she only uses it for advertising. I had told her that the massage was a gift, so it was unprofessional to complain about how much money she is losing from advertising she chose to do. Without Groupon, I wouldn't have known she existed. But if she hadn't prompted me for a tip, I would have booked another massage, given her a full tip for both, AND used both Yelp and word of mouth to help tell more people about her. As much as I enjoyed the massage, and as relaxed as I felt going home, I was turned off by that experience. People will tip when and if they can and it was very uncomfortable to be prompted by the business owner for more money.
