The pharmacy staff has consistently been friendly and helpful. My only reason for giving four stars instead of five is that wait times can get pretty long during busy hours. If you can, I recommend going later in the evening. Since they're open 24 hours, I usually pick up prescriptions at night, and it's much easier and less stressful. The store itself is clean and well organized. They also offer photo services, which has come in handy a few times, and there's a USAA ATM on site, which is convenient. One tip: definitely download the CVS app. There are always coupons available, and I've saved quite a bit with the 40% off offers and other deals. Overall, a reliable pharmacy that our family will continue to use.

Do not order photos here. Ordered a photo book for same day…read morepick up. When I arrived at the pickup time, they had not even started to print it yet (nothing was being printed so it's not like they were backed up or printer was busy). They said to come back in an hour. When I came back later, they said there was a printer error and had to restart the process and that it would for sure be done by the next day. I showed up the next day, and all the photos were printed, but no one there at the time knew how to make the book. The lady said the manager wouldn't be in until the next day (Monday) but took down my number for the manager to call me. When I showed up the afternoon of the next day, my photos were printed and sitting out on the counter, still not in an album. The girl had to get the manager because she didn't know how to make the book. 10 minutes later, the manager handed me what seemed like the finished product, I paid, and went home. When I got home, pages were falling out of the album as it hadn't been bound properly. I returned to the Walgreens (now my 6th time being there) described the issue, and was told it would take about an hour because the machine had to heat up. So now, I am currently waiting to return to Walgreens for the 7th time to hopefully pick up an adequate finished product, several days after it was to be done.

There are no grocery stores near this location so it acts more like one, even though it is more of a convenience store. The selection is typical of other CVS locations that I have visited. It has a well-stocked selection of drinks, which was great as I was staying nearby and needed to pick up a couple to fill in the mini fridge at the hotel. It is a convenient place to stop by for a couple of things if you are staying at a hotel or live nearby.

There stacked in front of it were three large boxes, which apparently was the restock ready (sort of) to go onto the shelves, but just never got there. So, you just do what you have to do, or go somewhere else (Dollar General next time?) to buy. I bought. You certainly can find the things on the shelves, other than the gift paper, which are too highly priced, even on their sale prices (usually buy one get one 50% off--which requires buying two, but that equates to 25% off per item). As an aside, there is one lady in the pharmacy that is handling my refills, etc. However, the prices were just getting up there, and not due to my wants, but just my needs, so I have moved all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy which is not really close to my Johns Island home.

We were able to grab the essentials. The layout was a bit dodgy with where to locate certain items. But the space is quite spacious so you don't feel people are on top of you. There seemed to be technical difficulties at the self checkout based on some of the other customers who will either trying to scan items and/or pay. Not sure if it was just human error or a glitch but we waited a few minutes at the front of the queue for people to figure their stuff out. Still, we bought what we needed and this CVS was the only one that was close enough from the hotel we stayed and where we were going.
