However, the man who appears to be the owner or manager (a tall gentleman with glasses who is always at the front desk and answers the phone) has treated me disrespectfully on multiple visits. This is now my third negative interaction with him -- he has been consistently rude and dismissive, and during my most recent visit he spoke to me in an inappropriate and embarrassing way in front of other customers. Customer-facing staff -- especially someone in a leadership role -- should not behave this way. I'm sharing this because it needs to be addressed. No customer should feel disrespected when coming in for a service. The therapists are excellent, but the front desk experience needs serious improvement.

Instead, I was offered 50% off a future service, which sidesteps the actual issue -- that I should not have been charged the full $130 in the first place. Had the situation been handled with any consideration for the circumstances, a $65 charge would have more than covered the therapist's hourly rate and reflected basic fairness. This kind of experience is exactly why longtime residents of Mount Pleasant feel increasingly alienated by businesses that prioritize rigid policy over community and basic human decency -- treating loyal neighbors like transactions rather than people.

She is not only an incredibly talented massage therapist, but also a genuinely caring and wonderful person. I primarily see LaShea for lymphatic drainage massage because I have issues with my lymphatic system not working as well as it should. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always seems to know exactly what my body needs. Her lymphatic massages have helped tremendously with lymphatic buildup and have helped me feel more comfortable and loosened up so my body can function better. Recently, I had an upper trap injury after a fall and came in with quite a bit of pain and discomfort. LaShea immediately noticed that I was struggling and suggested that we focus on my back to help relieve some of the tension and pain. The massage was absolutely amazing. She incorporated cupping to help with the areas that felt particularly stagnant and tight, and the results were incredible. I had already seen a chiropractor for the injury but was still experiencing significant pain afterward.
