My wife bought a phone from them and the screen just stopped working after an update. I went to them and their business hours is not correct. Waited 2 hours till they were finally opened. They charged me $30 to lift up the screen and just put it back on. After I got home The phone made an automatic update and that's when the camera stopped working. I went back and I waited again a really long time for them to open. I was quoted $100 to fix the camera. There's nothing wrong with the camera. It's just not recognizing the camera since it's not the original Apple camera. I said I got this phone from them. Can I just "switch" the phone with a different one. I was declined and said it will just be a trade in value and will need additional money ($300) to make that switch. I came back to the store again today to bite the bullet to fix that camera. Once again they do NOT open at 10:30/11. I waited till 12 before I left cause my lunch break is over. I am never going back here. Just giving everyone a heads up warning. Do not go here unless you like just throwing away money

Shana, the representative, was so kind, caring and thoughtful throughout the process of getting my neighbor's phone set up. She even sent home several notes with pertinent information and how I could further assist her setting up her phone.

We return to the store and spoke with the same guy Brian that help my son. He said this service is automatically added and that we can return or call customer service after 14 days to get that remove. Also they will charge us a restocking fee if we return the phone since it was open. This is fraud... adding services to customer without informing them and make it difficult to remove. Unacceptable!

When I said I was there for the new iPhone and asked if she can confirm they have some in stock and what colors, again I was told she can't tell me due to security reasons. I asked if she can at least confirm that they have some in the store so I don't wait in line for nothing. She refused to answer. A little while later, another employee was walking by so I stopped him and asked if they had any 15s in stock. He said no but they can order one. This is ENTIRELY deceptive and atrocious customer service. It's ridiculous to make a long line of people wait under the impression that they have a stock of phones, not to mention the people in line who weren't there for a new phone who also had to wait for the 15 phone shoppers. Who runs a business this way? I can see why these reviews are so bad.

Drops, slow downs, etc. They sent someone out who made it better but not great. ATT fiber recently came to my neighborhood and I swapped over. I canceled Spectrum but they are going to charge me for another month even after I canceled and returned all the equipment. "It's in our Terms that we can charge another month. Also we don't prorate any billing". I had turned off my auto pay about a week ago but for some reason they have no record of it. Funny. When I log in to look at my account there is no information in the autopay section. So mediocre service and continuing to bill after service cancellation. If you like that kind of stuff, Spectrum is your company.

Looked for a repair shop in the Arlington area…read more.. I found this one as it was near my eye doctor and assumed I could get my device repaired during my eye exam. Dropped off iPad for repair a little before 1pm and was told it would be completed within an hour. I was pleased with the time range, an hour was welcomed. He indicated the machine was down and could not give me a recipe it for check in, but he would he call with the ticket number. I never got the ticket number. I called at 4:15 to check on the status he indicated it was complete. I shared that I was a bit away, but I would be there within an hour. I arrived at 6:30 and it was still not repaired. He indicated he failed to call me and let me know that it wasn't ready. He then proceeded to tell me that the debit machine was not in order and I would have to pay cash and to come back in 20 minutes. He gave a me a $5 off card for the next time.
