Then my husband old phone wouldn't turn on so we took it to Apple Genius Bar in Dallas and they said the phone' mother board was damaged and there was nothing they could do to fix it or retrieve the files that were on the phone and suggested us to get a new phone (of course). So we took his phone to "The Fix" and it turned out we needed the charging phone replacement. Which they ordered and replaced for $75!!! We are so grateful they fixed and made the phone work again and us being able to access the life changing files on that phone! Thank you so much guys! Highly highly recommend this business! Shana, the representative, was so kind, caring and thoughtful throughout the process of getting my neighbor's phone set up.
