Based on my horrible experience, I would not recommend this business. The owner was very rude and did not know how to speak to customers respectfully. He could benefit from learning better manners and customer service skills. I had my phone battery replaced at this repair shop, but the replacement battery failed in less than seven months and now the phone is completely dead again. If you want to pay 100s of dollars for your phone to not work I highly suggest this scammers repair shop. I went to this Dallas repair tech to fix my phone before an overseas trip. I paid $160 for a screen repair and $80 for a battery replacement. Immediately after leaving, my phone overheated and kept having battery issues. While I was overseas, the phone continued to fail,it wouldn't charge, kept short-circuiting, and became a fire hazard. Another repair shop confirmed the Dallas tech had: installed a fake battery, damaged the motherboard, broken Face ID, messed up magnetic charging, and replaced the screen with plastic, not OLED. I asked for a refund or to cover the secondary repair. He refused responsibility. This is a fraudulent, unsafe, and incompetent service. Do not trust him with your phone. read more

Very weird experience. My partner asked if he ran into any problems with the repair, because he has an older model phone. He immediately became defensive and hostile as if we were accusing him of something. Very strange. He was quick with the repair, but do not expect professionalism. Price was $75 for iPhone XR. I'd give more stars for the fact that my phone is fixed, but I am providing 1 star because turn around time and communication are horrible. He accidentally tried to put the wrong screen on my phone which caused an additonal day of me being without a phone and an increase in price. Understandable. However the fact that I show up during business hours twice to pick up the phone and 4 unanswered phone calls is ridiculous. Open sign was on but door was locked. He can't be trusted. I went to replace my phone screen and he asked me full info like my 1st and last name my email and my my number I don't know why and then he asked me my phone password. I wasn't comfortable while replacing the screen he was in another room which is completely hided from me, I can't see him what he was doing. The big issue I have is after replacement when I try to open my iCloud accounts won't let me. I had to change the username and password everything that I had in my phone. The building was a little difficult to find but once I got their the gentleman who helped me was right on time, he was super friendly and only took about 15-20min to fix the phone I brought in, I was in and out in no time! I went to this place to get my Xbox one repaired. It is super difficult to find the place. I thought that I had made clear what I wanted done to my Xbox one. I called him on the phone asking that when I went to pick up my Xbox I could see if it worked properly. The person I was speaking too started to get very frustrated with me and called me a racist. I have never been spoken to in this way in my life. Please do not ever go to this store. This man is too upset with his job and does not know how to conduct a business. STAY WAY FROM THIS PHONE REPAIR SHOP THE REPAIRER IS INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST. I took my iPhone to this place for a screen replacement and the repairer informed me that my phone lcd is also broken. I told him to replace both then. Sadly, his incompetency in doing the job left me with a phone where I could only read on the screen disabled iPhone connect to iTunes and emergency; and NOTHING ELSE, I can't see my contacts, my photos, my apps and many other very important stuffs that I previously had in my phone. I tried several times to connect it to iTunes still the phone is not working and displays only a cable and iTunes logo on the screen and nothing else. He completely messed my phone and refused to correct the issues he created to my phone. He pretends that the lcd screen replacement has nothing to do with what I am seeing on my phone screen, which is a complete lie and being dishonest. The truth is the lcd replacement was NOT done right and there is no doubt about it, even a novice can tell by seeing the phone at first glance, and he also put a very fake lcd screen on my phone. My phone was working very fine when I took it to him and did not have any of the aforementioned issues that I now have. I contacted Apple to see if this phone repair shop is authorized to work on Apple devices and Apple told me NO, IT IS NOT; thing I should have done before. So, my advice to anyone who wants to repair his/her phone is FIND ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP AND AVOID THIS PLACE. read more
