We tried saving it just until he could get his free upgrade in a month by putting a screen protector on, but that just fell off and took small shards of glass with it. Since he is constantly on that phone for work, we decided it needed to be fixed. After stopping by an Apple store ($200 to fix a screen) and the Verizon store (between $150-200 -- can't remember exactly -- even with the Asurion insurance), we lost a little hope. We were about to go home and look on Amazon.com for a screen and install it ourselves, but then we remembered cell phone repair shops. We've never been to one, but it had to be less than $200, so we thought we might as well see. The owner (I'm assuming because he knew EVERYTHING) took the phone, gave us a very fair price and also said that it would only take 40 minutes! Not 40 hours, but freaking MINUTES! We ate next door at the Al Kabob restaurant (also very good) and shopped for a new cell phone case and screen protector just a building over. It was all fast and easy and they took very good care of us. Don't let Apple or your cell phone company rob you. These guys at this store know what they're doing for a very fair price.

I took the phone in the next day to ask him to please look into why these buttons have stopped working, and he flat out denied any "possibility" of being due to his repair, and stated I would need to pay more to repair this issue. This is either a blatant lie, or absolutely ignorant response, as the ribbon cable from the logic board to these buttons runs right UNDERNEATH the battery and is exposed. He was fast and very efficient in repairing my phone, and even explained some issues with the phone that he felt the last shop I took it to had likely damaged two components when they replaced the cover. He explained that if the repair person is not very familiar with the phone, they can mistakenly break these two components. My phone was struggling immediately after I left the previous shop, but I was on my way to catch a flight and did not have time to return to the shop before my trip. He has a representative do the initial quotes and then comes in later and tries to upswell you on buying a different phone instead of repairing your original. He took our phone, told us it was in the back and he was working on it. When we asked for phone back because his practices were so obviously shady and deceptive, he couldn't give it to us. There are plenty of other phone repair shops and I would strongly encourage everyone to go to anywhere else but here.

Definitely do not recommend…read more They fixed my daughter's phone for $215. She started getting error messages right away, saying it was not a comparable device. When we asked about it, they said that's normal. (Incredibly annoying!) Then, shortly after she got a strange color blotch on the upper right corner. We didn't think much of it Bc they offer a "lifetime warranty". We took the phone back today at 10:45. They were supposed to open at 10 but no one was there & it was locked. Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up. He looked at the phone & said it isn't their fault & that they would need another $180 to fix the problem. He claimed that he thought it was because maybe my daughter sat on the phone. I explained to him that I weigh a lot more than my daughter and I said on my iPhone daily, and have never had the issue. He said, "Well, you have an original screen". I told him that I didn't realize that the screen that they replaced it with wouldn't be similar to the original quality of the screen, & he just shrugged his shoulders. I told him that we already spent a lot of money on the screen & didn't want to pay $180 more. He said he couldn't help us under warranty & suggested that my daughter "go be more careful with her phone". Place stinks. Would never use them again. Headed to buy a new phone now.
