They came 2 hours late to the appt for Sat to relace screen on a phone. Didnt have the part - even though the appt was scheduled for the phone. Said they would be back and never showed. Called claim dept to get update and they could care less about customer service and 42 minutes later I am still on the phone trying to get a new appt scheduled. read more

Customer service is pretty bad. Dropped my phone off and told it would be done the next day between 1p-2p. I called around 5:30p and was told they were just finishing the testing. Got to sit in the store until after their closing hours waiting for them to finish. Several people working, but I don't know if more than one person works at a time. An employee then comes out after I've been waiting for over an hour and says he is having issues with the phone now and his manager already left so I need to return tomorrow when the assistant manager is available so they can fix their issue with the phone. They advertise that they're trained, but I think they follow the same YouTube videos I could've followed at home to replace the screen. There were two more customers still in the store waiting after me. If it wasn't for having to use the store for insurance on my phone, I definitely wouldn't use this place. It sucks. read more

Poor customer service. I took my HP printer in to just get it cleaned because the heads weren't printing well and it would not align. I took it in on Monday afternoon and by Friday afternoon, it still was not fixed. I gave them a new ink cartridge because they said that the black cartridge was damaged. It still didn't work but told me that the "gray" cartridge wasn't working either! Hello???! They don't make GRAY ink cartridges!!!! They charged me $75 for nothing. I already told them what was wrong with it so there was nothing to diagnose. It was working fine 2 weeks ago. They don't know what they're doing. Maybe they're good with phones but don't take your printer there. I wouldn't take my phone there either way. read more

I was initially disappointed that they were unable to repair my phone, even though their diagnostics did indicate a solution. Unfortunately the indicated 'fix' did not work & my phone still had the same problem. It was after hours & Scott stayed late to try helping me test the repairs with various cables to be sure that wasn't the problem, which I appreciated. I returned the next day and received a full refund without question. Couldn't ask for more than that. After recently raising their monthly cost, Asurion added the benefit of glass repair at no cost....but if you don't read the fine print and have a garbage Samsung Z Flip like I do, they do not cover that screen replacement because it's ~$700 to replace. Of course the AT&T sales rep was very clear the glass replacement was included at time of purchase. I get that sometimes all phones are not included for all services, but when AT&T lies about it at the point of sale, Asurion raises prices, but includes glass repair at no additional cost as one of the trade offs, customers are confused and cheated. Samsung has the bulk of this blame, as the inside screen does not handle the folding of the open and close and cracks easily. I'd stay away from all 3 if you can. read more

First off, these are people you can trust! I gave them my Wii to be fixed after I tried another place first. I knew the problem but didn't have the tools to fix it. I told the first place and left the Wii with them and the next day they said it was unable to be repaired. I had my suspicions that they did even try. That's when I took the Wii to uBreakiFix and they had the Wii for a few days and told me what I figured the problem was and they fixed it right up. Employee was unwilling to help me at all and nowhere in the email instructions did it say this. I drove out there for nothing. IF I COULD RATE THEM BELOW ONE STAR, I WOULD! I took my Chromebook in for service on a Thursday; upon speaking with a service member at the South Arlington location, I was informed that a diagnostic would take 2 days, and UBIF would call me to let me know what the issue is, with a plan of action. Two days went by and I did not receive a call; I decided to give them an extra day (this being on Monday) as I understand that businesses can get busy. When I did not receive a call by Tuesday, I decided to call and check on the progress, hoping that they had just forgotten to call me back. I was informed by an associate that my laptop was just sitting there and no diagnostic had been done on it, but he assured me that he would do that immediately and contact me within the next 2-3 hours. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! The gentleman just placed blame on a "new associate" and assured me that he would do his due diligence to reverse this terrible experience. Frustrated, I called the store the next morning and conversed with a different gentleman who again informed me that no work had been done and proceeded to place blame on the other associates. I informed then that no work was to be done on this laptop and that I would be picking it up --- they lost my business right there --- Disappointed, I retrieved my laptop and decided to never do business with them again. As if that was not enough, after getting into my laptop, I found that the associates at this store had used MY laptop for PERSONAL SEARCHES!! WHAT?!!! They did not have the time to work on it and figure out what was going on, but they had all the time to browse stocks and ps5 prices??? I have never seen anything like it. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy and I DO NOT recommend them whatsoever. I did speak with a manager who apologized for this, however, could not find a way to resolve this. Horrible service... dropout my phone off on Sunday and was told it would be ready by Monday at 2pm. I got there about 2:15 and was told they couldn't test the phone because they couldn't find a tester sim card. He said he tried to get the guy to call me all day to tell me but no call. They did find a sim to test the phone but there was a black dot on the screen when they tested it. It would be a little longer to replace it. I waited a little and decided to ask how much longer. The guy said he would check and left and came back twice with no response. I asked him did he get the answer to my question and he told me that he was not a technician and didn't know how long and was doing his own job when i saw him comeback twice. Told me about 30 minutes but i had already waited over an hr. Let's see if i can get my phone tomorrow with no issues. read more
