They were quick to respond to my inquiry and we had a phone call about my problem. The staff member told me I likely had bat bugs, not bed bugs. I had recently had a bat exclusion near the office space, so that made sense. I had never heard of bat bugs before though, so I did not know this was possible. I scheduled an extermination appointment for general extermination and inspection. That was also a wonderful experience as I learned a lot. The staff member indicated I did not need an extermination right now either. I think many companies would take advantage of my situation be either not telling me these were bat bugs or by providing extermination for other things without it being necessary. I will definitely use them in the future when I need something. Very pleased!

Also a lot of the sales guys (Matt Chanel) there have no morals at all, lying to customers repeatedly then when they get caught in their lies by customers they push it off on the techs! I would never recommend anyone to ever work for this branch ever! The only good thing I can say is the Pest Control Manager Grant Smith is the only person at that branch that cares about workers or customers!
