I made a post in a local Facebook group asking if anyone with AAA might be able to help. The owner of All-Rite Towing & Recovery saw my post and asked if I was still stranded. When I said yes, he told me he had a driver on the way. I was fully expecting to pay for the service, but they chose to help me at no charge. What meant the most wasn't receiving free help--it was witnessing genuine compassion from a local business that didn't have to step in but chose to anyway. In an already challenging month, their kindness was a reminder that there are still people and businesses in our community that care. So while I wasn't as involved w/ that process, it seemed like everything was handled very well and it all worked out positively for us. Recently though, I had an issue w/ my 2005 RX330 where the top moulding was coming loose. It started to become a constant issue every time I'd take it through a car wash. So I ordered the OEM parts for it thinking one of the auto repair shops I use in Bend or Corvallis would be able to take care of it. They both said that wasn't something they could help. The guys in Corvallis recommended Main Auto Body so I started with giving them a call to explain what I wanted help with. They said I could stop by anytime and they'd give me a free estimate. So i few days later I was able to stop by, they were very friendly at the front desk, had me pull in to the covered area and then w/in about a minute, someone came out to see what I needed. The guy who helped me was super helpful. Checked out what I had going on with the old moulding and saw how i just wanted to swap out the old moulding w/ the new moulding. Then basically just took care of me on the spot! Got some cleaner to make sure the adhesive would take good, and took the time to rotate the moulding both ways to make sure we'd get the best fit possible (turns out there was a better way to do this). And then about 20 minutes later, we were all done! Said there was no cost! I was thrilled w/ that :D But more than the fact that he got me taken care of at no cost to me, it was the fact that he took such care in the process. I could have seen paying more to have a mechanic do this and if they didn't know what they were doing, i could see them just making an assumption. But here he took them time to really make sure he was getting everything lined up right, pressed in correctly, triple-checked everything. So he gave me the kind of value I'd expect if I were paying for top quality service, but w/out even charging me for it. Made me look forward to the next time I might need to use them for some other service. Really appreciated how they took care of me and would certainly recommend anyone needing their services to at least start w/ a call and see if they can help.

I had a small fender bender and my 4Runner only had minor damage to the fender. The only issue was…read morethe front fender was pushed in and when I turned to the right the tire rubbed against the fender. I tried to pull it out but couldn't. So I went to Main Auto Body and had them take a look. The guy in the front had a mechanic come out to take a look and quoted an hour. Then about a minute later the mechanic brought out a tool and after about 3 mins he had it pulled out and back to normal! No charge. Not everyone would do that and it's nice to see someone who helps with the easy stuff even when they don't have to.

These guys did their research and spoke with Toyota technicians to figure out the repair when others may have just started replacing parts. Not only did they provide the old parts to show me, they replaced with factory Toyota parts and included the factory TSB (technical service bulletin). It was an extensive repair, but the hours they charged were very reasonable and the work appears to be top quality. Easily the best mechanic I've been to. I've brought in another vehicle before with a bad injector, which they diagnosed correctly and fixed right the first time. Very happy to be a repeat customer!

I was told they open at 7:00 AM and to bring my car in ASAP. Came at 7:30 to a closed building and had to wait until 8AM. Then, they called me at 11:00 to let me know the car was done, and then again at 11:30 to let me know I only had THIRTY MINUTES to pick up my car because they close early, or it would be held over the weekend. I'm lucky I could find a ride and that I didn't work 9-5 Fridays like most people. If I couldn't get there in that very small window, they would have kept my car until Monday and charged me $100 for "holding" my car in their lot. One employee told me I could bring the car in any morning to check the progress of their work as long as I called the night before. When I called, they actually didn't have time for me until 4 days later. That's honestly fine, just shows an overall lack of communication between the staff. They also told me the original price was so expensive because it covered them checking when I came back for the second service, but they double-charged me when I came back as well. Overall friendly people, but definitely need to increase their professionalism in a few different areas.

I felt completely comfortable leaving him alone with my unlocked trailer, and he got everything started while I was gone. He made certain to re-park it perfectly, taking his time getting it right, and then hooked everything back up the way we agreed. In one hour he fixed a situation that has bothered me for months!
