We had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. At no point during the Google quote process, email confirmation, or prior to the visit were we informed there would be a fee. At the end of the appointment, my husband was surprised to be charged $95 with no prior disclosure. If we had known there was a cost just to receive an estimate, we would have made a different decision. Transparency matters, and this felt misleading and unprofessional. To be fair, the technician was nice and knowledgeable, but that doesn't make up for the lack of upfront communication about pricing. I would not recommend using this company based on our experience.
