At 1:00, the tech called and said he would be there in 5 minutes. I live in the Lightfoot area of Williamsburg VA. Tech (JB Stewart) showed up right on time. Super friendly and super knowledgeable. He had all the parts with him and about 30 - 45 minutes later the garage door was fixed. (the spring had broken and he replaced, plus some minor adjustments). I should point out that Apple was the 3rd company I called. The first 2 (ATW and another company whose name escapes me) never returned my calls. I can't comment on Apple pricing, because I wanted my garage fixed ASAP. I paid about $450 to have the springs replaced. I can't say if that's high, low, or average since the other guys never called me back to even give me a price. 5 stars for Apple and JB Stewart.

They were sent out by my home warranty company to diagnose a water heater. Their diagnosis included replacing the entire water heater along with other modifications, pulling permits, etc. They wanted to charge me almost $1600... that didn't even include the water heater that was covered by the warranty company! Asked for a second opinion, thank goodness! The water heater wasn't even the problem! It was a simple fix. The second company fixed it, my warranty covered the entire cost. Absolutely ridiculous. These people are thieves.
