He then claimed we didn't qualify for the $59 drain special because our home didn't have an exterior cleanout for the kitchen sink. That immediately seemed odd considering our house is only about 10 years old. A while later, I called my mom to check on the visit, and Christian got on the phone with me. He said the problem was either a broken kitchen branch line or a bad Studor vent--two completely different issues. His proposed solution was to start cutting into our kitchen cabinets or even jackhammering our foundation, despite having no evidence that either diagnosis was correct. Everything was presented as "it could be this" or "it could be that," but there was no proof to justify recommending such expensive and invasive work. When my husband arrived home, Christian's demeanor noticeably changed. The friendly attitude disappeared, and he seemed irritated that my husband was asking questions. He couldn't provide any convincing explanation or evidence to support his diagnosis, so we thanked him for his time and declined the work. The very next day, we had a new plumber come out for a second opinion. Within minutes, he located the exterior cleanout on the side of the house--the same one Christian insisted didn't exist. He ran a snake through the line and found the actual problem: a large grease blockage. Once it was cleared, the sink drained perfectly. No broken pipe. No bad Studor vent. No cutting cabinets. No jackhammering the foundation. Recommending major demolition without first finding the actual cause of the clog is unacceptable. It left us extremely concerned that we were being pushed toward thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. I also found it strange that Christian asked my mother whether the truck in the driveway belonged to my husband. I'm still not sure why that was relevant. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Always get a second opinion before agreeing to costly repairs. In our case, it saved us from unnecessary demolition and a huge expense. Had I not listened to my gut I would have ended up with a demolished house AND still have a clogged sink.

I hired Alex to do two jobs at my house and he did a terrible job on both and completely lied to me…read moreand ripped me off. I had them out the first time for a drain line back up. He came out, charged me several hundred dollars and told me that he unclogged the line and also ran a camera down it and told me that my main drain line had nothing wrong with it. At the time I believed him, but come to find out later that there is no way that he could have ran a camera down my drain line because I didn't have a clean out for him to enter through. Plus my sewer line had completely collapsed so there was no way that he ran a camera down otherwise he would've seen that the line was collapsed and had roots growing it it. He wouldn't have been able to run the camera line all the way down it because it was collapsed right after it comes out of my house. He said the entire drain line was fine! The other issue he was supposed to fix was a problem Under my kitchen sink- under the house and with the clean out to the side of the house. The clean out was inaccessible bc it was painted over so many times by past owner. So he was supposed to fix the plumbing problem under the sink and replace the clean out as well. Well, he put a new clean out in but he did such a terrible job That the glue or mortar that he used completely sealed up the clean out and it couldn't be accessed. My new plumber had to fix that. He also tried to charge me way more than his quote, and when he gave me the bill, he was charging me for time that he wasn't even here when he and his guys took a lunch break and other time as well that they were not even present at my home. Then Alex threatened me in my home when I asked about the incorrect billing. He demanded I pay him the exact amount he wanted from me right then without any itemized bill at all. He told me if he gave me an itemized bill he was going to charge me even more. He told me if I didn't pay him right then and without an itemized bill, he would go under my house, and rip out all of my plumbing lines. I got him out of my house first and then stood my ground on needing an itemized written bill. I don't know how Alex came to me recommended or how he has so many good reviews. I had another plumber out because I was still having issues and I have all sorts of pictures that show he lied and did not do what he was supposed to. Do yourself a favor and have nothing to do with this Plumber.
