Guy shows up late again says parts have to be ordered and he will next day mail them. Parts don't show up. I call after a week asking where the parts are. Lady on the phone lied and said parts were ordered and was very rude everytime I called. She kept saying someone will call me back. None ever called me back. Then she lies again and said my voice mail was full. Never had a missed call and my voice mail is not full. She said it can take up to 12 business days.
