They were right on time, did a really nice job (it looks very good), cleaned everything up, and made sure to communicate with me that some of the mesh would need to be installed from the outside rather than inside the attic because they couldn't reach those vents from the attic. On the plus side, John also informed me about Zone Zero legislation, which I didn't know about. I immediately did my research and thankfully what he told me will end up saving me a ton of money as I was going to re-landscape around my house. I had removed some bushes before getting the exterior of the house painted and was going to put in flowers, but now I won't put in flowers and instead do rocks or decomposed granite.
