Our INTUS three-point lock door to our roof was recently jammed. No matter how much we twisted the…read moreknob to unlock the door, the mechanism inside was not budging. To make matters worse, we tried to unscrew the handle from our side to try to fix it on our own; however, in doing so, the handle on the other side fell off. So, we called a local locksmith hoping they could help us. The locksmith came over but was unable to unlock the door. These three-point/multipoint lock doors can be tricky and some locksmiths are not familiar and do not know how to fix doors like these. These doors lock in three sections of the door - top, middle and bottom. The locksmith explained he could try to remove the middle lock, but two of the other locks from the top and bottom would still be bolted in. After 15 minutes, he suggested I reach out to the manufacturer for help. I reached out to the manufacturer, but they were located 2 states away, and were not very responsive. At this rate, we won't have access to the roof until next summer. We finally got in touch with the construction company, and was recommended to reach out to another locksmith -- Jabareen, Inc. I sent them a text and they were very responsive. Within a day, they sent two of their guys to come take a look at the door. They literally got the door unlocked in 5 minutes. I don't know how they did it, because the last locksmith struggled so much. One of the guys also noticed that the door was kind of sticky and not closing smoothly, and went the extra mile to sand down the bottom of the door for me so it would close more easily. These guys are seriously the best. In addition to locksmith work, they also do installations and repairs for garage doors and security systems.
