I lost quarter of my garage ceiling to water damage. Thomas brought all the excuses in the book to not take responsibility and actually want to charge me extra to fix flashing. I am not sure how much faulty flashing is still in the roof system. After 14000$ spent I am with a leaky roof. Stay away as they are very unprofessional and rude. I can't say enough regarding mistreatments, sloppy job with no warranty and bad deceptive attitude.

He helped customize a plan for our home based on what would remedy our current situation and prevent future issues. It went so well, that we had Smart Shield come back and put in new doors for us, more window replacements, and replace our siding. While that was a bigger job, the process was just as wonderful.
