Everything seemed fine until I opened my door and outside was some party van that looked like an Amazon truck. NO LIMO!!!! When I asked what the hell was going on I was informed that the limo was broken. So instead of sending me another stretch limo or a Hummer limo or truck limo they sent me a van!! I called the woman (apparently the daughter of the owner) and got told to basically pound sand. Sorry never even left her lips. I got attitude and was told it's my fault because I never checked my messages from a few hours ago when she was giving me the heads up!!! Say what!!?? Even if I had checked how the heck could I get another limo in only a couple hours. I also work nights and had very little time to do anything besides get ready before they arrived. But that's not her problem she said. And when I checked my missed calls there was none from this company. Only ProCom Cleaning Services. Well I didn't order cleaning services so even had they called and I seen it I wouldn't of answered a number I don't know. Maybe if this company was more legit they'd have their business attached to their number. I was told I would get no money back and was told I was lucky to get that or I could have gotten nothing and could drive myself!! I have never been more furious at the disgusting customer service. I basically had my money stolen to ride some lame van to my party with my friends. I was told by the driver the owner was in Florida and would contact me and most likely do something for me but that never happened either. For the record this company is the most expensive of all the companies I called! They just had a promo on so I went with them. So please dear lord do yourself a favor and go with another company. And here's just a stating list to help: A-1, AM/PM, Paramount, Ambassador, Quest, Thrive....any of these would be better!!!!! Don't make the same mistake I did!!!!!!!

Jobo met us at our hotel at 8 o'clock sharp and from there we spent the entire day seeing the wonders of the nearby mountains. We saw more in one day than I could have managed in three days, all without being rushed at all. It pays to have someone who is intimately familiar with the area as your guide. Although the information on the signage was more than sufficient, Jobo provided additional color regarding each of the stops. Jobo was very friendly, courteous, and it was an absolute pleasure to be in his company. The vehicle was very clean, stocked with ample water, and very well-maintained. I highly recommend ABest Transport and Tour Services Inc, and their "rider driven" philosophy, which Jobo exemplified. The next time that we are on holiday in Calgary, we know who we will contact for a tour.

I called Blue Line and the dispatcher remembered my name and once I explained he patched me through to our driver. He was very pleasant and arrived to pick us up. Having reached out to a number of Calgary limo providers, Pearl and her team were a delight to deal with. They responded promptly to us, had very clear quotes, and reasonable rates. Most importantly (to me) the various Paramount drivers we dealt with were punctual and pleasant, and their cars were always very well looked after and clean inside and out (and I've dealt with enough limo companies to know that's not always the case). Based on the excellent service we received, I would not hesitate to call Paramount again the next time we're in the city - nor to recommend them to anyone else looking for limo or sedan rental in the Calgary area.
