When we were returning from our trip, we called the company for a pick-up from the airport back to Airdrie. We advised the driver what airline we were using and the time of our arrival. The driver kept in constant communication with us (by text) to get updated arrival information. When we landed, the driver was exactly where he said he would be and right on time. The service was excellent! The driver was friendly, very polite, and went above and beyond (with the handling of our luggage). The cab itself was very clean.

I had to call twice to make-sure that someone would still pick me up, first at 8:00 a.m. and then at 8:10. I even left them my number the night before just in case they wouldn't get to me on time. The van that picked me up was filthy too! There were tools all over the trunk space. Inside the cab itself next to the driver's seat, there was so much paper scattered on the floor. If I didn't ask for an explanation, the driver wouldn't even have stated the reason for his tardiness.

Driver informed me that he would be at my home shortly. Half an hour later I called him back to see where he was. HE WOULD NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE. Checked my order status online and he marked it as fulfilled! This forced me to wake my two year old son at 4am so my wife could drive me to the airport instead just making my flight.
