I honestly doubt the legitimacy of her cab business. She never showed after a 3 hr wait time. The hotels in Gallup say she is unreliable as well. Someone should look into opening a more legitimate, ethical cab business here. Until then I suppose she will take advantage of all tourists and locals that fall prey to her greed. Rude over phone as well. At least be nice when you're over charging and playing monopoly. I don't believe any of the "raving" reviews of her business are real.

Our Jeep broke down near Gallup and we were towed to Pep Boys, about the only car service open late Saturday afternoon. I checked my Uber. What!? No UberX available? Ok, this town must have a taxi cab company. Nobody knew of a cab company except a mechanic said there used to be one cab in this town. That's right, one cab. We gave it a try. A nice woman in a gold SUV drove up to the front of Pep Boys a few minutes after I called "the company". It was pleasant, efficient, comfortable, and affordable, especially since the company has a monopoly on this town during the weekends. I still don't know why Uber doesn't run on the weekends in Gallup. Maybe it was just my luck but give Luna's some business if you find yourself stranded in Gallup.

She was a little late, due to having another ride making unannounced stops. I appreciated her apology for being late and understood why - no worries. She was engaging and fun to talk to. I was not rude either, I was very patient with the guy, asking him to repeat the total costs because I said, "Am I hearing you right? You said its going to be 550 dollars?" Then he got angry with me and said, "Yes! That's how much it cost! This isn't New York! We're not a shuttle service!" I just told him to have a nice day and politely hung up. First, I was just curious about the price and saw a flyer card at a local business for Let's Go Transportation so I thought I would try your services. But now I could care less. Second, I didn't need to be yelled at. I'm a college graduate and in upper management myself. I would never treat my customers like that. After my experience, I would NOT recommend this company.
