It certainly did not disappoint when it comes to a point-of-interest. Cool looking exterior and interior with lots of reference to the years gone by. They really play-up their ties to celebrities such as John Wayne, Humphrey Bogart, Lucille Ball and many more. Tons of framed and many autographed photos line the wall. Good luck finding and figuring out how to enter the hidden room. :) We got our Route 66 Passport stamped and enjoyed taking photos as we walked the property.

I was not rude either, I was very patient with the guy, asking him to repeat the total costs because I said, "Am I hearing you right? You said its going to be 550 dollars?" Then he got angry with me and said, "Yes! That's how much it cost! This isn't New York! We're not a shuttle service!" I just told him to have a nice day and politely hung up. First, I was just curious about the price and saw a flyer card at a local business for Let's Go Transportation so I thought I would try your services. But now I could care less. Second, I didn't need to be yelled at. I'm a college graduate and in upper management myself. I would never treat my customers like that. After my experience, I would NOT recommend this company.

This will be my go to hotel in Gallup. The beds were comfortable. It has that vintage feel to it. I wish the city was more alive so this hotel could get more customers because it's just beautiful. This Marriott hotel in Gallup, NM, had clean rooms and it appears that some rooms are being renovated. This location is right on Historic Highway Route 66. If planning to stay at this location and are disabled, be sure to call before booking to make sure their elevator is working as it's currently being renovated as of June 27, 2026.
