They were friendly and considerate, and did a superb job. When finished, I asked Bill for a recommendation for someone to replace the tile that had been destroyed for the basement shower's new fixtures. He asked me if I still had some of that tile. I did, and he repaired the wall! Then he asked if I had any grout, and he regrouted it! He did a perfect job! This was definitely not in the scope of the repipe work. My repipe has been problem-free for six years so I recently hired them to move my washer upstairs to an area with no plumbing. Bill and Chris came again, along with one other worker, Edgar. They completed the plumbing in a day and moved the washer upstairs. Then Bill said that after I had a 240V line installed for the dryer, they would come back to move it upstairs, plus build a vent to the outside. Again, this was not in our contract. So back they came, moved the dryer up, and vented it 17 ft. to the back of the house. When finished, I asked Chris how to get the old sump pump lid off so I could drain it. He asked for a shop vac, and did it for me, a disgusting, smelly job, and cleaned up the mess. Again, this was not in our contract. My two experiences with Just Plumbing have shown me that this is a company that not only does excellent work, but is more than willing to go the extra mile. I recommend them without reservation.

Several parts of it were not done to code, and the job was never inspected. The motor had to be replaced just one year ago due to a lightning strike, and burned out again 10 days ago. For the warranty to be effective, we would have to use Lakewood to do the warranty replacement. Never!! Our recommendation is don't ever use Lakewood and stay away from American Standard. Too hard to get a motor during a heat wave or a cold snap.

I recaulked feeling great. But the leak came back So these guys arrive to my house again, which has a leaking pipe coming from the upstairs shower. The guy looks up into the hole I've opened up in the kitchen ceiling, says, "sorry can't help you. that's polybutylene and it's a Colorado Class Action". I'm like OK what does that mean. He responds, "I told you all I can tell you. Sorry". I asked for some advice (mind you, the water is dripping into a bucket in my kitchen. He responded that I'll just have to have get the plumbing replaced throughout the entire house. He also suggested I search Google for a DIY video. And then... he just... leaves!!! Within minutes of him leaving, the leak becomes worse, starts to spray. I'm new in this house, no plumbing experience, so I call him back, desperate, "Hey could you at least help me get the water turned off? I don't know how to do it!". Imagine me standing there, water spraying into my kitchen from the ceiling. "No, sorry can't do that. Look for a valve on the front of the house". So these guys won't even help someone who's desperate and all I asked for at this point was help turning off my water! I finally called Plumbline, who made an emergency trip to my house and was here within minutes. Talking to the plumber, he started laughing at my story and couldn't believe how that guy from ASAP left me hanging! Then I told him that ASAP couldn't fix my polybutylene leak and the Plumbline guy practically fell over in disbelief. Plumbline fixed my leak in about 30 minutes, replaced the leaking polybutylene with some way better stuff. So I'll just say, don't even bother calling these guys unless you want to feel like you're totally bothering them. Call Plumbline.
