    Carne Asada Nachos- breakfast
    Courtney M.

Mood - breakfast but not breakfast You know when you are hungry but you don't want the typical breakfast food. Well yes that is me often. If I entertain breakfast sometimes eggs just don't sound enticing. Sometimes I like to change up the norm and eat things that just aren't for that specific time. When I saw the food truck pull up, I knew they would have some good food. So many people started to gather around and place their orders. I opted for the Carne Asada Nachos. The portion was enormous, to where I could not fully shut the container. Totally hit the spot. The truck is always fully stocked and everything is very cleaned. Staff is always very friendly and hospitable with substitutions you may need. They have a little of everything to offer on this truck. Would recommend - pricing is reasonable, portions are good. They take card and cash. Makes my life easier when food trucks accept card. Location is wherever the ship may land is it is a food truck, and the hit many destinations.

#Vegas #Streetfood @LVAuction Saturdays 2245 N Nellis -A1 Mobile Catering I love food trucks and of course in #Vegas most of them serve up mexican food so it was no surprise A1 Catering was a taco truck. They have a warmer with several items already made so you can grab & go a torta, tacos, chimichangas, taquitos and ice cold drinks. The burgers and fries are made to order and so are the Tacos,Burritos and more. The chimichangas were great--crispy a little greasy and full of spicy meat. The burger & fries NOT so good. Again Greasy BUT too greasy and the fries limp and saltless but the kid ate every last bite. You gotta love the @CocaCola with sugar too!!! Long Live #vegas #streetfood

    killer taco plate

Have you ever seen National Lampoon Senior Trip, when the fat guy only fantasy is finding the blonde haired Japanese woman of his dreams, and continues to miss her by a hair. Well, this little lunch wagon is kind of like that for me, because I see it on the road but it's always going the other direction. Until that faithful day, when I was heading home, and seen the A-1 truck turning into a construction site near my house, I pulled a U-turn, and tracked this baby down. I guess, the A1 insigna was always an eye catching emblem for this truck, but I heard from one of my construction working friends that they made some pretty killer taco plates, and he wasn't wrong at all. Unlike most of our hip hop food trucks that are very famous around town, this food truck is made for the working person, and it's menu is geared around lunch hour for 7-3 crowd. There Hamburger, and a few other offering, but it's all about the tacos plates for this truck. There tacos are about the same class of any street taco on E. Charleston during the evening; meaning there very good, and the rice was the basic Mexican rice, but the refried beans was out of this world! I can't figure out what they seasoned their beans with but it was beyond addicting. This truck is run by two Mexican woman, and their English is pretty good, but I can never find where there stopping next, I got lucky one time, but Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....this truck is like that blonde haired Japanese woman.

If it was good the box would be empty. Crispy chicken wrap, not good.

My favorite Mexican food that I've ever had in Las Vegas. In my top two of all-time Mexican food…read morethat I have had. My number one is in Southern California. Turn on Deer Springs from Haulapai . It will be on your left hand side, about 100 yards from the intersection. They are there Monday-Saturday 10am-2:30pm.

Coming off the 215 you can't miss 'em. As they've been building and building, they have had to move around. Usually I'd still find them along Deer Springs Way. I took my mom here last month and she loved it! Their tacos are well seasoned, fresh, and pretty filling. I spent 7 bucks on 2 chicken tacos, 2 carnitas, and a can of coke. It doesn't really matter how much tacos you get...beans, cheese, and chips are complimentary addition onto your plate which I think is a cool addition to have. The lady who takes your order isn't the perkiest, but isn't rude at all. Their menu are in Spanish and they don't have prices. Just ask. I seen this guy get an order of French fries so apparently that serve that too...but I wouldn't know because I can't speak or read Spanish for the life of me. I just know what kind of meat I like in my tacos so that's as far as espanol as I can get. Lol. Last week I was having a serious Jonez for some tacos and with the hubby home...we decided to take a drive up to the food truck. But they weren't there?!?!? They're always there!! I drove around as much as I thought it'd be worth to...but decided to head home for.option B. Actually, I didn't have an option B but whatever. I'm not sure if they were off that day (tuesday) or they have finally decided to park elsewhere after years of being in that vicinity. If it was just an off day and you are in the vicinity, it's definitely worth it. She'll ask you mild or hot. I opted for a hot and wholly guacamole I thought I was going to have to buy tucks later. But my spicy tolerance isn't highly tolerable unlike some people. We usually scarf our food down in the car. It makes the experience more fun. Besides, I'm not huge on ordering "to-go" if my drive is more than 10mins until home. Nothing like soggy sweaty food. Okay, rambling over Definitely recommend if you're in a mexican lunch wagon kind of mood or just craving for some authentic home style mexican food.

They post on social media which restaurants are participating each week. There are usually 7 or 8 trucks to choose from and often include foods such as Maine lobster rolls, burgers, Mexican or other Latin cuisine, Hawaiian, ice cream, and/or shaved ice. The trucks park to the left of Lee's Discount Liquor on El Capitan so that area of the lot does get really congested even though there will still be parking available. I recommend parking towards Walgreens or even walking if you live nearby!

I love the Food Truck Frenzy that comes every Saturday at the Centennial location! I try to go to…read morethe Food Truck Frenzy at least twice a month. It's located in the parking lot of Walgreens and Lee's Discount Liquor. Cross streets are Farm and Durango, off of the N-95 and Durango exit. The hours are different based on the season. During winter, the hours are between 2:00 P.M - 6:00 P.M. During late spring and summer, the hours shift to later in the evening. Parking can be a little difficult. I'd recommend parking towards the Walgreens as the Food Trucks are situated in the parking lot next to Lee's Discount Liquor and there can be a lot of traffic in that location. Typically every week, there are a variety of different food trucks. When I had gone last Saturday, 1/9 the following food trucks were available Picanha Steak Truck Maize St. Street Kings lv Meats Gone Wild Flattops Burgers & Shakes Originally Curbside Cafe @Hot Diggity Dog Churros 101 The Cookie Bar This time, we decided to pick up goodies from the following locations - Flattops Burgers & Shakes Originally Curbside Cafe - Chicken Tenders, French Fries and a bottle of water - $11.00. The chicken tenders were okay. It was slightly overcooked and the chicken was dry. French Fries were thin and salty. Street Kings LV - Fried Chicken, French Fries, Chimichurri sauce - Approximately $10.00. Wow! Some of the best French Fries! The combination of all of the different ingredients was phenomenal. I'd recommend eating this inside your car instead of traveling with it. This will allow the food to stay fresh. The Cookie Bar - A variety of different cookies from chocolate chip, apple cider, and a few others! - $20. Some of the cookies are infused with alcohol, so make sure to check out the description for each cookie before buying. @Hot Diggity Dog - Their pulled pork sandwich, which was approximately $10.00. This was good, quite filling. The pulled pork needed extra seasonings though. The meat didn't have too much flavor. The BBQ sauce on-top was a good addition. I love the food truck Frenzy. We've already frequented the Churros 101 and Picanha Steak Truck, both are really scrumptious. I haven't had a bad meal yet at either! If you're in the Centennial area on a Saturday afternoon, you should check out Food Truck Frenzy!
