Maria and her assistant went above and beyond to deep clean the house my tenant recently vacated. They both worked non-stop for four hours. The price of $350 is reasonable. They swept out the attic and basement, cleaned fans, cobwebs from ceilings, windows, blinds, doors, baseboards, pine wood floors, oven, fridge, front porch and took out the trash. I found A1 while getting quotes through Yelp and Ashley's timely responses are what led me to choose her company, despite her quote being slightly higher than others. On the scheduled cleaning day, she messaged me an hour prior to the set arrival time to let me know that she was experiencing car issues and she would be late. I appreciated the notice and when she arrived, she brought her own supplies and a friend to help speed things along. Overall, she did a decent job and was friendly. The floors and bathrooms look great and she finished up faster than I expected! However, I was disappointed that I had to go back through and do a lot of dusting/wiping things down in my children's rooms after she left but to be fair, there wasn't a whole lot of discussion beforehand, as to what services were included in the quote. read more

The cleaning services were average. For a professional, I would have expected it to be much more thorough. I had a move out cleaning done and it looked as it would if I spent 2 hours cleaning the house myself. I was hoping it would be better than what I could do.
