Superior Fabric Cleaners is amazing! Our elderly cat peed in several places on our rug and it had clearly sunk through to the padding because nothing I did would get the smell out (and I tried EVERYTHING, over the course of weeks). If you know cat urine, you know that it's very, very hard to get rid of. Greg came out the very next day after I contacted him and he was confident they'd be able to get the odor out. They were AMAZING. The odor is gone, which is a miracle. There was one tiny spot that needed to be treated a second time, which he happily did. I was looking for a steam cleaning company for a long time because i had some green coloring in my carpet because of sandals I used for years in the house. I called and Greg (owner) took my call. He immediately gave me a cost on the phone and he did not change when he got to my house. He was at another job, but he promised to come the same day, and he sure did. He arrived with another gentleman, and they immediately got to work. He is extremely affable, professional and courteous. He even offered to do hallway for free and also steam cleaned another area and offered to redo a hallway that had been steam cleaned 2 days before by another company. In Greg, you get honesty, integrity, exemplary customer service and through deep cleaning. He uses really hot liquids from his truck. No germ/bacteria could survive, and the results were excellent. He also refunded the amount that I paid for the extra spot treatment. ---------- Today, Superior Fabric Cleaners came to my townhome to clean the carpet on my stairs, hallway, and bedrooms. Pros: - Initial responsiveness to request for service through Yelp - Ease of scheduling - Inexpensive (in this case, you get what you pay for) Cons: - The arrival window was 8am - 10am and the representative arrived after 10:30. - Despite paying for pre-treatment, many problem areas on my carpet were still soiled after the service. This was brought to the attention of the representative prior to him leaving, and advised that the reason the stains didn't lift is because the carpets are white and builder grade. For context, my carpets were replaced in 2019. Overall, not impressed by the service. While I am sure my carpets are cleaner, the main purpose of me scheduling the clean was to remove the stains and make the carpet look better. Unfortunately, I am now spot cleaning with a cleaner purchased from Amazon. I did give a 10% tip to the representative, despite being dissatisfied, because I am not certain if it is the equipment and solution that this Company uses that is not effective or the work of the representative itself, and didnt want to short him if it was something out of his control. read more
