The driver (Craig) called me to tell me he was here, which I was told 45 minutes, it was more like 10 - 15 minutes. He was respectful of my car, did a wonderful tow and basically made me feel like I was the most important client of the day. They are state contracted with the Michigan State Police, and that's fine, but I wouldn't ever do business with them on a personal level after my experience. Lack of understanding and communication is the biggest complaint. As a tow company contracted by the state police I'm sure they get their fair share of problem customers, but to be as rude and inconsiderate as they were when requesting information or a resolution to my problem was completely unprofessional. If it weren't for a contract with the state which has inflated rates all around I truly don't know if the business would still be in operation due to the inadequate service.
