In my experience, Delker's nailed that. I had an alignment plus trans and brake fluid flush. There was a miscommunication on some diagnostic work that they cleared up immediately and made things right. It's also worth noting, I had an inspection at a dealership because my car just hit a high number of miles and I wanted to make sure I was taking care of it...the dealership rated my tires as in good condition. Delker's caught that they were absolutely not in good shape, and even declined doing a service I initially requested because it would have been an extra charge I didn't need before replacing the tires. To me, that means everything. I am not super savvy about cars or maintenance, but I know upkeep holds a lot of value to keep my car in good shape. I'm extremely excited to bring my car back to Delker's for new tires, along with all of my regular maintenance going forward. I really trust them after this experience and I can't thank them enough for their hard work!

I was confident they would find it. They came back saying I needed a $5,000 new engine . I was shocked and left disappointed. I did some research online and found out if I checked the timing chain guide it loosens on its own easily causing a knocking noise. It allows the oil the mix with the gas thus causes the knocking and performance issues. Tightened it and it runs like a champ now. Delkers for 1.5 hours of labor charged me $172.50. With the change over in ownership they have gone downhill. I thought my friends and family just had that one time bad experience, but unfortunately they tried to screw me over too.

First, the owner himself was sent to the wrong address with an incorrect job description by All State Roadside service. He was calm and jovial anyway. Calling me, he got to the place needed, but didn't have the equipment needed )based on All states description what was needed). He checked it out, went back for a different truck AND found a tire for the camper by searching his yard. (I couldn't find anything open). He changed the tire, hauled it home, parked it just how we wanted and kept on smiling four hours later. I still have the tire. I will now ALWAYS call them if I'm near by. I hear he just bought this company- I hope he stays friendly- even after years of crabby jerks on the side of the road.
