You just can't ask for a better company to hire for towing or transport. I had a special case where a manlift failed and A1 Right not only answered the phone (you're be surprise how many companies I called and got dumped to voicemail) but they were very personable both on the phone and when they arrived. Great communication and you just felt like they're actually working for you and your needs, not doing you a favor. Very rare today and I was happy to give my business to this family owned and operated business! I will use them for all my future needs. They moved my 8,500 lb. machine without incident. And, to beat it all, they came in much lower on their prices than anyone else because they're not gouging and just trying to earn an honest living while building a customer base. This is the best tow company EVER! I called my previous tow service (MCA) to tow my car that lost complete break function first error the lady requested the wrong tow truck I used the wrong words by sayin I totalled my car but the reality is my breaks gave out and to me that is a totaled car and when the tow company couldn't tow and called to check in MCA cancelled the transaction and refused to okay my sevice without a police report and I kept saying why do I need a report there was no accident even the tow company was trying to tell them the car was functional but had no breaks. They started to drive away and to turn back and helped me. I appreciate their service and how they did all they could to after the provider refused to listen to them. I'm very humbled after my experience with A1 Towing. They did me such a huge favor without me even understanding the depth of it. My trailblazer gas tank got punctured on my way to the airport. They went above and beyond by cleaning up the fuel spilt all over the parking garage. This could had costed me a 15,000-20,000 in fines if it was left. There was a bit of a blurb in the beginning where I was told I don't need to be present but the airport wouldn't allow them the driver to leave without me there or signed authorization. The only constructive criticism I have is this be communicated to the gentleman answering the phone. Otherwise they're great! Sound auto-care right next to them is great too! I've never had my car towed by such genuine people. Masood answered the phone right away during Labor Day day weekend after other companies didn't answer. It was later in the day and Lamar came right when he said he would (15 minutes). I was stuck at a gas station thinking I wouldn't make it back for dinner. Lamar was very kind and took care of me and my car. He dropped the car off and gave me a ride as well! When I got home there wasn't a single scratch or dent on the car. A month prior I used another towing company, they charge me double and scratch my front bumper. Lamar backed my car up my steep driveway with no problem and a smile. This crew really came to my assistance the other night. Due to the gas gage not coming on(which can be a problem in some the older Prii) I found myself stranded on the side of the highway. I had grossly overestimated how much fuel I had left and was, at first, convinced I had gas in the tank. Somewhat fortuitously, I waited there a while, due to it being in the middle of a snowstorm. By the time someone could come out, I realized my mistake and was able to let the operators know my suspicions. Sent by my insurance company, I was able to get ahold of them and they graciously stopped for fuel. They had a diagnostic tool that confirmed it was out of gas. This is absolutely hands down the best towing company. Lamar delivered my car home when it broke down at a gas station. It was at midnight too, and freezing outside but he didn't stop there. He genuinely wanted to help and asked if it was alright to take a look at my car to see if he can help fix it, as he has his own dealership, body shop, mechanical etc. In a few minutes he figured out what the problem was, a problem I took my car to a big dealership to fix , and they said they fixed it but he proved that they didn't. My vehicle needed to be towed out of the 4th Level-Roof Top of Bellevue Square Mall. Only A1 Right Towing was available to bring their Tow Truck into and on top of the mall parking lot with out complications in the evening. Father and son was very helpful and caring; they tried to jump start the "starter" of my vehicle before towing it away to Quang's Discovery Auto Services in Bellevue. They provided good-care of my vehicle as they towed it away; along they offered drop off my car and my car keys(in the shop envelope drop off) to the auto shop for my mechanic to work on the next business day. On a cold and chilly night last month my elderly mother and i locked my keys in my car with the engine running. I was trying to open the window with a hanger and Mr Masood was in the same parking lot and offered me assistance. I couldn't believe it by chance he was the owner of an tow truck company. I don't it was by chance i believe God placed him in my presence with the necessary tools to open my car door. He was very professional and courteous. I just bought a car at an auction and found out it has major mechanical problem. I had spent all my money on purchasing the car and after calling five tow companies, I could not even afford to tow the car to my house. Unexpected car failure on I5, mind you it's after hours and I am already expecting the search will not be an easy task. Making my way down the list of available services with no luck. Luckily Masood picked up, told him my situation. My car is lowered, and needs a flatbed for sure which he had. Considering my situation I would of not been surprised if he would of turned me away. He earned my recommendation and me as a customer if the situation ever arises again. This isn't your typical hook and pull. He had to take extra steps to get it on and off the flatbed. It was Wednesday evening and my dad and i were trying to get a Backhoe to a semi's flatbed. We failed. We called many towing companies before A1-Right Towing, many said they couldn't do it. But once i called Masood answer and told me he would go to take a look at our Backhoe to see if they could do it. Best service from phone call to delivery. I had a flat tire on the road and needed a tow home since I didn't have my wheel lock in the car. Called and was given a flat rate of 85 dollars for the tow service and was not charged a dime more. Tow truck arrived in less than 30 minutes; super fast! My driver was Lamar and he was a great guy to work with. These guys really know what they are doing. Their main focus is customer service and they are doing it right.
